Stupendous Japan

Hii there!!

Its been a while. or verrry long time. sorry for that. i was very busy on 2014 and i really dont have spare time to blogging. and now i have, because.. i just resign from my company and i make my own shop called @lacesandribbon on Instagram so please check this out just in case you like it. I sell vintage home decorations anyway. 
Okay, lets back to the main topic, shall we? ;)

In 2014 i visit Japan for three times.
Its kinda blur since its long time ago. But i will give many information's that i know.
What is the first thing that pop in your head when you heard about Japan? Sophisticated? Exactly.
Japan is so sophisticated country, when it comes to the tech.
Well, certainly its one of some reason why we have to visit Japan. Japan is well known of its sophistication nowadays, but beside that you will love many things about this country.


1. FOODS
 If you love foods, just like me.. you will love here, because all of my guests and my friends that been here always love their foods. If you cant eat something raw like sashimi or doesn't like sushi, don't worry. Because there are many foods that you could eat just like any Asian foods. Most Indonesian people like sets menu it consist of Tempura, udon etc, and also eggs, there are ramen too. and surely if you fans of the okonomiyaki or takoyaki. You will find them almost everywhere.

Dont ask the price, in Japan most things are quite expensive including foods.
Dont think street food are cheaper. because sometimes foods at the mall or store are cheaper than street food. How to eat affordable foods? you could go to supermarket over there or just go find Yoshinoya. Trust me, its even cheaper than in Indonesia and the portions re bigger too.

2. SNACKS AND BEVERAGES
Well, i am snacks lover. Are you?
Every time i visit countries, either its for holiday or work i always try all the snacks that i could found. lols. and Japan is my fav country to find the snacks especially the cute ones. Its getting overwhelmed. There are hellokitty snacks, and you could find many character snacks, many kind of KitKat, not just greentea but also wassabi and also many kinds of Potato Chips and rice crackers. There are also POCKY, since GLICO is based on Japan so you could many kinds of Pocky here.

Anyway, you could find them anywhere. just go to the small of big market, you will find them. But i have told you something. Japan isn't like any other country who sell a same product all over the cities. Even in the same city like Tokyo for example, when you find another flavor of Pretz Takoyaki (just like when i found it) you hardly could get that same flavor again in another shop. So, when you find something that you want just grab it or you will regret it.
Well, one of my guest wanna bought a kind of snack that i forgot at Osaka and she think she will find again later at Tokyo or any other cities or at airport and it comes up that she get nothing. she kinda very gloom about that sop thats why i told this to you.
How about the drinks?
There are too many drinks there, beside the cute packaging absolutely. You could try the beverages, but its better if you buy them at the store not the vending machine. I know its kind of fascinating and cool buy from vending machine, but it also more expensive. but if you just wanna drink water, i suggest you to bring your own bottle like Tupperware or Lock&Lock which won't leak out, because water in Japan are drinkable. :)

3. TRANSPORTATION
Hmm... when you want go to Japan, you must be think all of the expense including the transport, right? Firstly are plane. If you want something convy and good meals you could took Singapore Airline (SQ) but you have to transit first at Changi for a few hours, but if you look for something fast and easy you could pick Garuda Indonesia or Japan Airlines because they will directly bring you from Indonesia to Japan. Well, GA and JAL also have good meals, i said that because im not a picky and greedy but mostly people said that SQ have a better meal, so i said that. If you want something affordable, you could find GA cheap price at GATF, mostly held at JCC. There are two bach a year, and there are many travel companies are in, including my former company, Panorama.
Well, when you already arrived at Japan you could use subway or just simply a bus that going to the city. The transport there are easy, even theres no 'ojek' or ' bajaj' or anything but you can find bus and subway are easy and convenient but for the first traveler i suggest you to took a subway and don't ever taxi if you have limited budget because it will ruin all of your itin. the taxis argo there are just beyond crazy.

4. WHERE TO STAY
Japan have many offer to give you places to stay.
There are many kinds of hotel here, there re the luxury one, or just ordinary, or like LOVE HOTEL that you can rent just for two hours, and it just accept couple which is Male and Female, not gay or lesbian. They will display many kinds of costumes that you could try. there re soooo many, trust me. since Japan is famous with their comics, harajuku, lolita and anime. and yeah, even they have theme rooms and the bed could be up and down. 
Okay, if you wanna pick 3 or 4 stars hotel let me tell you this. Japan's hotel mostly are small, even its 4 stars hotel and the bathroom are really small.
And its hard to find the double room there (one king size bed), mostly are twin share bedroom (two single beds) and because i was a Tour Leader, they just gave me one single bed. urgh.

5. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS
There are a lot of attractions in Japan. so it depends which area that you wanna go first. If you are beginner, i suggest you visit Honshu Island first, where you can go to Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Kawaguchi, Mt Fuji, Kobe.

what i could tell are: Tokyo basically is like a metropolitan city just like Jakarta or Shanghai, but way moreeee sophisticated. you will love the tech and the toilet. as you can see, you also can buy almost everything there. from A to Z, and if you are a freak gamer or cosplayer...congratulation there are tons of game store over there until you have to push yourself to focus what games that you really like. There are Shinjuku, Ginza, etc. If you like branded things, you should go to Ginza. If you like macarons cafe like Ladure, you should go there too, moreover ONLY Ladure Japan who sell make up, and the make ups are way too cute, seriously. the price? you can guess. ;)
so you can hunt games, foods, and shop like crazy in Tokyo.

How about Kyoto?
Kyoto is a nice traditional city where you can find many historical buildings and temples. If you wanna take a prewed shoot or just wanna have a traditional photograph of you while in Japan, you could take photo shoot there while wear Kimono or Yukata, there re rent shop there. And, the mochi are super soft and yummy. i remember that its hard to stop myself eating those mochi. lol. too yum. there re also ice cream, like peach..sakura,green tea, etc.

Kawaguchi...
there re lots of people said that Kawaguchi is creepily because its a place where many people had suicide. like we all know the pressure in Japan are so high so many people were having suicide by mostly hanging themselves. but there re also people who had suicide by jump from high building or crash themselves into train. well, its creepy. First i went there and stay at the resort,  i couldnt sleep. its hard to sleep since i read and listen to those horror stories, but you know what..nothing there. haha. just pray and enjoy the WiFi and environment. lol.

well, you can also visit Sanrio land..its like Dufan or another disneyland but there re hellokitty, cinnamonroll, my melody and their friends. so cute!
also, you can visit Fujiko F Fujio alias Doraemon museum there, and also museum ramen~! haha
and yeah if you are hellokitty fans you must be love staying there and hunting all about hellokitty stuff. lalalalaaaaaa....~~~~




Nah, after you visit Honshu island (i suggest you to visit on end of March or early or April. its spring time and its really beautiful. )you can try to visit Shikoku or Kyushu like Nagasaki, Hiroshima, Fukuoka etc. of course, there re lots of objects over there! and last but not least, you have to go to HOKKAIDO. its wonderful!!! i went there in 2014's winter and it was so damned good!!

i love the foods (maybe because i love seafood) and i love the cities. it so beautifull!!! there are Otaru (my fav city, it so magical. the re music box museum and also there lots of cheesecakes and chocolate), Noboribetsu (where you can see the geisha, samurai show), Furano (its also pretty in summer where you could see the lavender everywhere and experience lavender ice cream as well!!), lake Toya, Onuma Park and Jozankei. very nice!!

6. CULTURE

anyway, japan is well known for its hygiene, you almost never saw any trash there. well.. thats true.. so what things that make Japan is different from Singapore? Singaporean are clean because of the rules, their government..but for Japan the people themselves are clean, they always take care of hygiene..moreover if they go to toilet, they will clean the seat for the next person who come in. so generous right? Even if they are having flu, they will wearing mask. its not like in Indonesia where some people are not bother to cough in a public area without cover with their hands and cover their faces with mask. 

for dinner time, they most unimportant person are sit closer to the door, and they will let the eldest to take the foods first.

for the lovebirds..they are so independent. the boys never pick up the girls, they just meet up somewhere and they buy the movie tickets and popcorn together with their own money. the boys didnt pay the bills. 
but after they got married, the wife who will took care all of the husband's money and just give a small amount of money. 

Startling Singapore Trip With My Besties :*

Hi there! :)
I wanna share some stories when i had a trip at singapore with my besties.
So, one of my besties (Cecilia Niek) that we call Niq wanna join her husband on Feb 2014 to Pennsylvania, United Stated, 3 hours from NYC and veryyyy far from here. So she ask us to have vacation together before she left. We re excited, because we never have a vacation together, moreover to outside the country. So we began to discuss when we will be going, and after we agreed Niq ask Wenny her in law to book our ticket by tiger air. They had promotion price before. But, plus plus re become 800k idr per pax. lols. Its fine because we added baggage etc. we are girls, so its high possibility to us to shop. 
WE gathered 3 or 4 times before we go, talk and discuss about the itinerary. Iv and Kiky (my brother) recommend many places before we go. Iv gave me the complete itin when he had vacation with his family. Very complete, including the address, the directions, the good places to eat, etc. And ki informed us to watch the show. Garden by the bay show and Marina Bay Sands Show, also Song of The Sea.

well, i just bought 100 SGD from my bro because he still hv it, and i bought 200 USD, just in case.

Before we go, we have problems. unexpected problems.
what are they?
First, Devia Buniarto (Depoy) had her master degree thesis trial schedule on 13th of Jan. So pity. So she couldn't go because of that. Its pity for her and for us. Because she must be want to spent her quality time with her besty befire she go and nervous about her final, and lost her flight money, also we lose one of us. :(

Second, Jess as always have some troubles because her panic. But, not a real trouble actually. She said that she lost her new passport, she just have the old one, but finally she found it. errr..

Third, me. Well, its really silly and ridiculous thing that ever happened to me. I forgot to extended my passport period. Uhhh, how stupid! So, like we know when we visit outside the country, our passport period at least have 6 months before expired, and mine..less then 6 months. so, its expired at 11 june 2014, so the last date i could use that passport is 11th Dec 2013, and i went to Singapore on 11th Jan. Very silly.
Actually, i want to extended my passport period after i back from Hongkong on Oct, but because i have some troubles in office (and because i didnt achieve the dec target and also because i want to spent my quality time with, so i stop selling) so i wait til i got assignment then i will extended. But seriously, i was so forgot that i havent extended the passport and i really forgot that singapore is outside the country and the lagacy is needed. urghhh.. i just knew the day before we go, because of my bro asked about my passp. 
So, i asked my colleague..Paula and she said if i just wanna visit southeast asia, it would be fine have have under 6 months period, and ways to convinced myself it would be fine..i search on forum about that, Iv search too. And that forum really help me. Thankyou mr google and friends. 
I found on that forum that there re some people who forgot, or they even dunno that they couldnt travelling if they only have 4-5 months left til their pp expired, and some of them lucky enough to passed, and several of them have to pay more. So, some of them who passed said that when they baggage check in they got asked why they didnt they extended their pp, and finally the airline staff ask them to sign the form that the airlines team didnt invlolved and responsible if the passengers have soe troubles there or get deported. And when in sing, no problem at all. And theres one who didnt passed, was because they bought airticket from airasia, and airasia strictky prohibit people to travelling even they just missed several days, for example 6 months - 3 days. the pax told us that he argued to te airline staff and the manager, but still cant travelling, so he have to bought another airticket from Garuda who allow him to fly; but he spent much money because of that. I still feel nervousm because theres no one mention tiger and quite glad because the one who didnt passed was bought airasia instead of tiger. And hopefully i can passed tomorrow morning (i said so with myself on 10th Jan 22.30)

Fourth, Ana get sick. She feel cold and everything and feel not well. :(

Finall, after all the troubles we could go to Singapore, and Iv take us there. Its weekend and coincidentally he was available, and appreciate because he wanna take us to the airport.
Ana looks so unwell, so weak and her stomach hurt and she feel wanna throw up etc, i feel so bad because of it and hope she will recover soon.

Arrived at airport, i was so nervous, but my besties and Iv always comfort me and told me that it would be fine. :) Soon after the check in counter was open, we queued..we re the first passengers who come which is great..we gave all of the passports, and thanks God, the staff didnt say anything about my pp and he just gave the boarding pass just like that. Fiuh.... He even dont ask me to sign any form.

Now, we must queued at immigration and make me even more nervous than before. Iv accompany me, i pray to God and convinced me that it would be fine. :) 
But i cant ease all the jittery and anxiousness. >.<
After i arrived at the front, the immigration staff start to introgate me how many nights i will spent there and why i didnt extented my pp period. I told him that i dunno that i have to extend it and it won't valid if less than 6 months. After i explained that, praise the Lord he release me and remind me to dont forget to extend my pp after i arrived Jakarta. Fiuhh..

So after a quite sweet goodbye with Iv, i and my besties left.
We ate breakfast and force Ana to eat something because she looked so pale.
I feel so so relieved. :)

Flight to singapore :)


Arrived at Singapore.

We spent much of our time at Changi, seriously. After we touch down, we re look around..take pictures, shopping, or just window shopping. Jess is the most excited for shopping among all and there re many things that interesting there, i must admitted. After that, we mush through changi immigration, still a bit nervous and fortunately i can pass through.
We took our baggage and we seek things to eat, and we found thai food, got wifi but with low signal so its a kind of useless, order food , 6 sgd each. Then we bought Garden by the bay ticket, 22 Sgd each, for the entry for Flower Dome and Cloud of Forest. My bro said that if you wanna enter Garden by the bay, its totally free..even theres no admission counter that. But in fact, if we want to come in (by the web) you have to pay for that and after we arrived at changi, the adm people also said so, so finally we bough the tickets because its cheaper than we bought there.
So we took MRT to Orchard, not so long. It just 3 SGD actually. You can bought at the counter or just at the ticket machine, its all in english and chinese, so dont have to worry about that. Just choose your destination etc and you got the ticket. Thats it.

But my recommendation is you buy the tourist card, so you just have to pay cheaper that it supposed, like 26 SGD for 2 days and 34 SGD for 3 days but you can use the card for bus and subway unlimited for 3 days, its much worth right? very nice. 

We dunno about that at first day we arrived there, and jess just told us to bought the regular ticket, so be it. Jess herself have the different card. Its like all in card where you can use that card for pay bus, MRT, taxi, phone-credit cellular, Sevel, etc. just like when i was in seoul. Very useful.
 
After we arrived at Orchard, we took taxi to our hotel, that not much far from there. Our Hotel is near Shangrila Hotel, is a 4 stars hotel at orange road which have the so-so environment. The room itself quite nice and big, we order twin share room that consist 2 queen size bed, very big room. Its really not suitable for honeymooners.

well, we have long queued for the taxi anyway, and we spent like 9 sgd for 10 minutes. so expensive!

After we got taxi and arrived at the hotel, we get ready and get rest for a while. Ana decide to stay at hotel because she felt unwell. And we go to china town by bus. We follow the direction fom the receptionist there, across the bridge and seek the bus who got to there. very easy, you can find the board include the destination and the price. So, after 10 minutes we arrived there. China Town was sooo crowded at that time, like very sultry. Like people everywhere, and we must walk to the opposite direction. Its because nearly chinese new year, so many people visit there to buy things and perhaps to celebrate, because usually there re entertainment in china town at that time, and yes there is fireworks there. very rousing. We even cant see what the people sell , like we found so many alley but we cant see the products because too many people, and its make us dizzy. Moreover, jess the hectic girl walk so quick and forgot where the hainam rest is while niq is starving, so we like have a tension there but finally we found the rest near there and we decide to eat there, where not too crowded. Prices on the menu are really unreasonable. They just bought fried rice, one with prawn and another with pork, it cost 12 sgd each include tax, and mine is 10 sgd nett for th wonton soup. oh my! I really dont got why singapore could be so expense these days???
I knew that i have been 16 years never visit singapore, but its really unexpected. Like, super.
After we ate, we take pictures in nice spot and decide to just walk to clarke quay. Clarke Quay is a nice place, there re many restaurants and cafes beside the small river and the environment is nice, You can find many bar and pub too, with the foreigners. We walk around, take pictures, anjoy the night environment and theres a guy who ask us if we want go to the club? Its free, but we deny it and he didnt insist us. how gentle. ;) well, after that we take taxi to hotel , because we took at night its more expensive than usual.

Back to hotel, take bath and line with Iv...
he fall asleep..


Day Two
Well, so we planned already yesterday night that today we will go to sentosa island while wait vivo open, and we agreed even Jess not excited go there. She hv been to Singapore like million times :p , so no wonder she dont have any enthusiastic.Actually i have been to Sentosa in 1997, but bro recently just been there and he said that theres 'song of the sea' show which is great to see. But plan just plan, it isnt going well. You know girls right? It start when Niq's alarm ring at the wrong time, she forgot to change her date and time, and no one of us who activate the alarm, we trust her. So, its not her fault, literally.its our fault too to not being aware. But after that, i and Ana soon have breakfast, a bit quick because we have to catch the time, but then when we re back they havent ready yet, as i and ana expected. so we wait them to apply the make up and get ready, it need much time, and i kinda hopeless at that time, it isnt possible go to sentosa. so, i gave up and just wait them get ready, and remind them every 5 minutes to get ready. While they re prepare, i make the hair do for ana and the girls like it so they queued to get hair do. lols.
After that, we catch the bus to orchard, and from there by MRT we go to Vivo.. Before that we bought the traveller tickets that cheaper than the basic one.And its really good you know, since Niq and Ana get stuck and they have to exit first and enter again ( i help then to tip tap the card to the exit machine) imagine that we just buy the basic, and they have to pay another 3 SGD for nothing. But we already paid 16 SGD for 2 days and we can go by bus or MRT unlimited. hahaha.
Well, in singapore nowadays or by far that i seen its really rare to find the singaporean, i just found indian who are everywhere, indonesian, malaysian (with hijab) and philipinos with tanned skin and sexy suits. AFter we arrived to vivo, we visit the candy shop that Jess recommend and yeah its the heaven for me, chocolate, candy, snacks everywhere but we decide to but later because when we re back home we will through this place too. So Niq decide to get the money from the ATM like i suggested, she hesitate at first, than i convinced that it will be okay. I knew from experience and i tried many times before, you just have to match the logo. Like visa, mastercard or maestro. If the logo is match, you can get the money with the local currency of course. :)
Niq did it and she very happy and i change my money to money changer because i want to bought foods, souvenirs etc. hehe..
After that we find the food court and eat some traditional foods like laksa etc, its much cheaper than in China Town. We talk awalk, look around, window shopping, try the snacks there, very interesting.
After that we go to giant, i recommend yummy goodness to them and we bought some snacks,i bought chocolate and marshmallow! :D and its much cheaper than in the candy shop. Then, we decide go to Bugis.. at Bugis we found yeah china things..just like in Beijing, cheap and interesting. After walk around, we decide to eat dinner at McD. Find something cheap, and after that we go to Garden bY the Bay.
Nah, theres none of us whos been there so its kinda confusing to find the show place.Its free anyway. 
After we asked several people and walk and walk and start to giving up, suddenly the show is start and we take a seat and enjoy it. The show is worth to see, very stunning, riveting and baffle. Very worth to see, the light is just fabulous! Garden by the bay is very wide so its not eady to find the places, but then finally we find Flower dome but the staff there told us that we have to exit by 9 pm and come back tomorrow to look the cloud forest. So, we decided to go there and by 08.40 we exit and we want to enter the cloud forest, its closed. And we re very suprised when we look the information, that they closed tomorrow..we beg the staff to come in and they said we couldnt and we could come back the day after tomorrow which the time we back home :( :( we re very upset, but jess is the most. well, at least we could see from the outside. lols.
and we already find ourselves enjoy the flower dome. flower dome is fantastic and beautiful, you can see many kind of plans there and flowers. Its better if you go when theres still the sunlight. it will even prettier, i bet. very nice. :) 
and in fact, you must use the flower dome and cloud forest tickets at the same day, you cant use for another day, so even tomorrow is open we still cant go there. very dumb. WE must been there earlier.
But theres nothing to regret, its happened alerady and i imagine that cloud forest's inside just so-so, just to comfort myself :)

After that, we take rest and chict chat. Many things that make me upset, like waiting and wasting times, but i realized that we go here, i go here is for Niq's farewell and the most important for all of these re we enjoy our time together, not the destination but the quality time and it makes me better, because i didnt realize even we miss things but we re stick together, we re having a good quality time together. :)

Back to the hotel, having a great conversation and my parents call me via line, very nice. :)

My Enamour 25th Birthday Surprise by My Enchant Prince, Iv :)

Today is my 25th birthday and i didnt feel excited, because:
1. i feel old even people always wrong with my age, and they convinced me that i still look young, babyface etc but it still doesnt change anything that im getting older. lols. well, people are getting old so its quite fine for me. 
2. i almost never hv a wonderful birthday, or in my case..normal bday. i dunno how, i dunno why.. but i always feel miserable and dejected on my birthday, its always gloomy. so i start hate my birthday since several years ago. i always give surprise bday party for my besties and some of my close friends, but people seems always forgot my birthday. well, but i tried to remember that i got a few surprises from my besties, twice maybe. but it make me so happy. not because the surprise itself, but because they remember my bday, they make my day, they put their effort to make that surprise. but actually i have the big problems here. so you know what? its because i always have problems, apart from the people. like problem and problem that make me so aweful. i always cried on my birthday, which is so silly. it so sad. Since that, i do not wish anything when my bday comes, but just one thing. there's no problem, theres no tears and just like the other normal days.

well..
we talk about iv now. so he did it. he succeed made me mad and hate him. lols. its because he always remind my bday since 1 month ago< and if people said that repetitively, its quite convincing that actualy he remind himself about my bday and make me sure enough that he won't give me any surprise. that surprise isnt that important for me (i dont want to be fake, but if give me one.. i will be so happy. most of ladies love little surprise) but his attendance is everything to me. so he said from this morning before my bday, then 10 hours, then 5 hours then so on till its 00.00 and he yell 'HAPPY BDAY TO ME" well, its annoyed me. i sleep soon after that, and then that morning when i arrived at the office i quite surprised when  i found the coco-banana pocky (my fav) and the hellokitty record doll. when i press her right hand, then theres iv's voice start to comfort me and made me smile, i press again and again. lols. i was so happy, then i press the left hand even its tell "DO NOT TOUCH' but thanks for my curiousity, i delete his voice. huhuhu... i will persuade him to sing the song and save his voice again to me.

Theres another problem here. Did i mention already that problem always come on my bday aka i hv bad day in my bday. so here it is. theres a case. it start from small case, but because of unawareness from me and my friend, plus the hatred guess so i got this. unawareness make me pay big deals for it. it so creepy and i cant do nothing of it, my office friends tricked me, they order jco and they told the one who order is me, and because i didnt order it so i didnt pay for it, but they insist and at the end theres someone who pay for it. lols. i know its a trap.

then when almost 5pm ppl gathered already, they prepare the eggs and cute owl bday cake for renata. it so cute. i already hv a bad feeling because they trap me already, so they know my bday all of sudden. but they supposed dunno about my bday, it must be someone who reveal it. hmmpphh.
Iv said that he's busy but he tried to manage the time so he could go to my home earlier to meet me up, i said i dont want to. i dont want to see anyone. im not in the good mood.
well, soon after that my suspiciousness is proved. because one by one of them throw me with the donuts, creamy and sticky. eww. they throw me so hard, and they throw on my hair, by body. well, especially my hair. nabila wanna throw up when she congrats me. hmm...
i wanna throw up too. lols.
but then elis come out with the tripple cheesecake and theres my name on it. 'iwiid' okay, i know everything eventually. ivan who give this cake, not my colleagues. because they just prepare for renata. and they know about my bday because of that cake. ergghh..i dunno that i have to thanks or mad at iv. 

i washed my hair, then i back home with elis. then after i arrived, suddenly i feel excited..
because actually i knew there is something, because i found some whimsicality, like:
Mom and dad ask me out today and they always picks me up then we go together so we dont waste time. and they never mention to have dinner with me. but i told iv that i will have dinner with them tonight, just in case if he wanna give me surprise at home. then my mom said that she will wait for me at home and hv dinner with me soon after that => i never mention to them about the dinner and them too.(weird #1) and she said that they cant pick me up because of traffic (weird#2) and both mom and dad text me to go home soon and ask where am i (weird#3) because of they decide to not pick me up, they will not expect to have soon dinner. haha..

so after i arrived, i look my parents sit on coach, then i went to the kitchen like usual and immidiately i enter my bedroom. aw aw. SURPRISE!!!!
Iv play the 'piano' and sing bday song then he play the bday song. after that he turn on the light then i can see the scrapbooks. (theres the pict in my IG), theres HAPPY BDAY IWIID. with all the pictures, accecories, photos and the wishes from both of my families, and also my besties. Geo and Lanny, Niq,Jess, Ana, depoy. theres no Fensia and Candy's, but they already congrats me by wa. thats more than enough. omg, iv so so lovely. he made all of these by himself. he's a guy, but he made all of this, i just.... well, im speechless. he cut and paste everything, he hang all of them, and its cute. im seriously love it. love it so much. he did that things for me. so touched. then when i saw my bedroom, i saw mowie, greenie, brownie and velline sit in circle, and in the middle theres a birthday card and  gifts, when i opened there re bag and wallet from FOREVER NEW, the things that i love but i didnt buy it yet because they expensive. huhuhu.. so happy about the gift and everything. 
then when i went out to shower, iv and kiky sang bday song with another bday cake, its an ice cake actually. and its from iv's parents. how nice. so i blow the candle then i showering because its late already. after it, i and iv take pictures with my dad's iphone. hahaha. and we had dinner together, and he told me everything. about the preparation especially.
it so wonderful.

Well, another hongkong trip. quite boring actually, but i keep to manage it :)
Nah. what can i say from this group? If i said this group from hell, but its too harsh i guess. because not all the guests re disaster, some of the re very nice to me, and theres no serious accident, just a bit maybe.
so, like usual.. i will let you know the people that i brought.
So, there are some doctors from somewhere hospital at east jakarta. they are pensioners, love to shopping and they're nice actually even a bit archaic.they re nice but they convinced another families on group that they dont have to but the medicine there because its fake or what. i heard whisper, not so clear. a bit shocking actually. because i always inform the guests that we dont have to buy anything from here, if you just wanna check out your health (its free) and decide to not buy anything, its fine theres nothing to worry about that. but this visit is a must, because its from government and agent that have merger with Pano.
they complained about the alteration of itinerary. the forst itin they in hongkong, so they have much time to shopping etc, but then the final itin was changed, in Macau. i absolutely undertand what they feel, they have plan already, and because of the alteration, its ruin their plan. but i explain to them that itinerary could change any time, without any prior notice, and this alteration is from agent. they can change it urgently, and nothing we can do about that. we just try our best to give the service and everything, i as a tour leader do the same. always do the best and give the maximum services, but again.. there are several things that out of my control. like when they gave us the final itin. they complained about why final itin come out just 3 days before departure? well.. i as a tour leader got the same. The TL Fee, final confirmation and everything i got H-1. well, one of the reason is because the group is just materialized. so theres no one to blame.

okay, the second fam is the honeymooners. the 2 faces honeymooners. The HP family. they look nice from the start, although the lady ask to disneyland so badly. but she's nice, friendly and everything. i like her at the beginning. no doubt. but after days gone by.. i found things that make any tour leader suspicious. that claws, one boy one are coming out.  but seriously, she love to smile, love to talk, even she often take pictures with me and ask to went out together. all are fake, or maybe she disappointed because she cant get what she want. she ask that she want go to disneyland from the start, i explain her that we just have 2 days in hongkong. first day in hongkong- city tour, the next day we re going back to airport. so, if she want go playing around at disneyland, it cant be on the last day. it must be on the 4th day, but i told her i cant guarantee that she could go there, but i will try my best. i mean, if we have enough time and we finish all the tours on 2 pr 3 pm, she could go to disneyland definitely, but, again... no guarantee. of course i can't guarantee, im not a God, so i can't predict the future. so, unexpectedly when we across the border from Szx to Hkg, its crazily crowded, like there are five thousands people there. No joke.we re queuing for hours, its exhausting really and getting warm, hot and hotter. its really torturing. i feel pity with my guests. they re really tortured. but yeah we finish it eventually, but they dont get happy. not just the fake honeymooners who want go to disneyland so badly, but also the other people who join that tour. they disatisfied about the border, so we can't finish the city tour earlier, or 3 pm on schedule. but we just started the tour from 4 pm, and we just finish the tour on 8pm. most of them wanna go to mongkok and the other wanna go to cost way bay, well.. its an incident, but i get this as an experience, so later dont pass the border on weekend, but if we have to we have to go much earlier, because it was really hideous.
and this fake honeymooners, they re.. OMG.. i just can say OMG. they look nice, but okay.. i dont wanto say anything.. you guys can decide who they are.
so when they have to pay the tip, they wanna pay with local currency, i asked the local guide and she said okay so they pay the money, i gave them the change. 10 HKD. she said that tomorrow she want get the money, but that evening i already gave to them. and you know what? the husband HT said to his wife, that probably the money thai i gave them is fake, so pls separate it first then check to the money changer or what" in front of my face. its ridiculous. its 10 HKD not 100?!! hello??!! Are you unbelievable stingy or what? Even, THERE'S NO COUNTERFEIT MONEY THAT VALUE 10 HKD. THE MINIMUM IS 50 . If 10, the cost of production is more expensive then the value of that money itself. Okay, i tell to my self to keep calm.. 'Breath wiid....breath.."
and theres another story, well.. its quite embarassing if i in their position.
so, at the last night in Szx, the nice honeymooners ask me to hang out with them..so then we had dinner/supper with them, the FH and Mrs WL. we had dim sum together, they order milk tea and ocean what, i and mrs WL just enjoy our free warm tea. but when the bill's coming out, it said 245 RMB, the NH or PO family(nice honeymooners) gave 100 to both of them. well, it more than it should be. they're generous anyway, Mrs WL just gave 20 because she said she didnt eat much. i quite shock but then the FH said they will gave more, so ithink they will give another 100, but then they said that i have to pay the rest, 70. and i just open my eyes so widely, surprised. 70 just for myself. are you kidding me? but well, when i shocked they said "no no, you just have to pay 57" it still wrong, i know. but i dont want to debate it, because we dont have much time. we must back to the hotel.
and the next day, i realized that i being trapped. lols. so funny. so i asked them how much that they paid yesterday, and they said the money that they paid is enough. not more, not less (they said they paid more yesterday) , and i asked again how much? she answered 90. enough. but i felt clumsy about that, so gathered all of them..and i confirm about the bills. 247 - 100 (the NH), -57(Me) - 20 (Mrs WL) = 70. not 90. and i asked them re they sure they paid 90? i dont want to get money from cunning people like them. they re not just stingy, but also cunning. well, sorry if i m to harsh but that the truth.
if you know me well, you will know if i can angry with people, get mad with them, frustate because of them or can said their negative, its mean that they re so aweful. but well, i just write on my blog and i dont mention their name, so i guess im not that evil like them. and lets continue.. after i said that, they stare each other then the guy said " oh hunnie, we forgot. we paid 70, not 90." then they apologized and insist to pay me another 10, i decline. i said thankyou, i dont need to. seriously, its not because the money, but i need to know the truth, i dont like being cunned and trapped like that. if they acknowledge already, its fine to me. i guess that money is more important then their dignity.

they disappointed because they couldnt go to disney, then these things..and also the border.. so it won't make me that surprised if the lady give me hideous questionare, lols. her husband is better. even he's quite annoying sometimes, but he still fine.
well, she's totally fake. she said that even the local guide re miserable and everything, she lucky that have Tour leader like me, she said that im the best, cool and everything. OMG, so fake. I wanna throw up.
and she said she will add my LINE to send the pictures, but she never added. she just pretending add my number because i asked her at airport (on purpose) but then perhaps she delete it, because i make sure my number is right already. lols. so fake. so fake. eventhough she hate me because of the disney things, but perhaps she still feel bad if i find out that the one who make that hideous questionare is her, thats why on that QR, she strike streak her name and the address, she think i can't find out. even she streak with the bold pen, i still could see her address, and i ask the good guest that close to me where it is, in south or east jakarta, then she replied that address is 'THE FAKE's address. lols. so, i dont have much effort to know it.
she elude from me, but to know her phone number is just that easy. not because i have masterfile in my hand, but i can ask people that involved in this tour. i didn't say anything, i didn't assert anything, but i could quip her. just a soft innuendo. hehehe.. only for make her realize what she was doing and to make my feeling better. and its work. no offense for that. just try to imagine how if you guys in my position.

well, another family..
The SL family. OMG, this fam is one of my fav family. they're lovable, super nice and fab!!! i love them, they just fantastic!

they're old couple who join this tour for second honeymoon. i guess their children who pay for them. they never ask anything overwhelmed, they never complain anything, Mrs LD is so nice, friendly, elegant, meek and suave. they just so nice to me, and they love to smile, comforting me. and she said that my boyfriend look alike, or very look alike with her son-on-law. lols. she told me that her SOL love her daughter so much, then she couldnt imagine how come there is someone who love so badly, but he's protective and possesive. he didnt allow guy to cut his wife's hair. lols. quite unique. its remind me with my Iv. :p

then SS family. At first, they seems adorable, nice, and friendly. this family is one of the family that hv been to hongkong. well, he want go to many places and he suggest other families to visit that places. Nothing wrong with that. :) but theres one problem here, Mrs SM. she look so cute and soleha, seriously. i cant imagine that she could be sucks and a bit evil. well, i dont want to say much about her. but she treat me like a villein. well, maybe im too overwhelming. but seriously, u can feel it if u being me. she said harsh thing and when she want things that not a part of the itin, she insist it. and when i tried help her to figure it out, instead of being grateful or what, she even increasingky make the troublesome. and also, i didnt like the way she talk to me. to harsh, to rude. i dont like rude people.  i just dont presume that she's the bad girl in here, the provocateur. u will never assume her to be someone like that, because u cant judge people from their appearance right? because i get fooled. she so awful that i cant decribe within words, her husband is better, he seems nice and loving husband, and i guess he love his wife as well. but he affraid of his wife. lols.

The AR family, the lovely mother who love to smile with her pretty daughter. her daughter is quiet and dont like to socialize. the fake madam dislike her. she said that she give her up, like try to talking with her. but in my opinion, they re nice. her mother love to smile, and nice to me, her daughter even didnt talk much but she's nice too. i love sincere people. its better she didnt talk much but she have a good heart. so rare to find those guys.

The HW family, the same with above. the care and nice mother with her talketive and shopaholic adult daughter. lols. i quite close with this family. Mrs H is nice nice, and her daughter love to chit chat with me, talk about her maternity, her children and everything. she just a bit stingy :p and she quite annoying sometimes, but very sheldom. they quite fine :)

The PE family. Perhaps they re not young anymore, this lovely grandpa and grandma are sibling, they through many things a lot. i almost cried when i listen to Mrs E stories. so touched, and i couldnt breath. they're though, they're insipired me, and even i did mistakes sometimes, they understand it, they always spirit me, they gave me awesome questionares that i didnt deserve it.( im not perfect, i did mistakes, i learn from them, how to figure it out, how to solve them and avoid to do the same mistakes and minimize do another mistakes. well, experience make us better) , they understand me. :) they re so lovely and superb. deep in my heart, i love them, wish that they will through their old times happily. *hugs*

The PM family. they silence and blushful couple. i didnt say thy re honeymooners because they hv been married for several years ago but they dont have children yet. at first,i quite nervous when i talk to them, because they always expressed the flat expression. lols

Perhaps they not friendly, cheerful, talketive, or being chatterbox like the fake lady that i talked before..but they are nice and kind. when they start to talk, we talk quite much and this lady is really attractive. this couple not only perfect as  a couple by their appearance (they both handsome and beuatiful) but also humble and generous. :)

The PO family. wah wah, this family is my most fav among all. i wont tell theur name because its confidential, but bear in mind its in my blog so its quite fine to tell my stories, but i cant still reveal their name. they're nice, fun, adorable, amazing, the top one.

i didnt say this not because she love to treat me, but because their personalities and their kindness.

so, because i already tell the stories above.. do i dont need to tell anything again. lols. so even everything going well on 3 days, but after we passed the border its ruin it all.

well, the thing that i have to do is give them the substitute. i must remind myself later, so if i got this kind of case again i know how to handle their anger.

Summer in Korea- KOP-07 0908/GA

Hi there! long time not post. not so so long time, but quite long i guess. i wanna share my good story. :)

i brought the group to Korea. yeay! i always love korea since i've been there. but if you wanna ask me how it feels when you going somewhere for vacation, just by yourself ( i mean not join the tour) and become a tour leader. its so different. definitely. every tour leader obviously know about this.

Personally, i love this group. i mean, this group is one of the best group that  i brought. or, so far this is the best group. i brought 5 families. there are Palembang family who consist 7 peoples, they are incredibly nice. The WW Family. there are 3 children here, 2 boys (one little boy) and a girl. they love to smile and friendly. and there are a grandpa and grandma who lovable. the second family is the TA family. they consist 4 peoples. actually when i heard mrs TN on the phone before, im affraid that she's not friendly or anything because her voice is so deep and stiff. but i was wrong. she's nice, but her husband and her two daughters are super nice. i celebrate one of her daughetr birthday, bought her cake, and either her daughter and her family are happy, and she bought me a faceshop lipstick. i like it, an anti wrinkle lipstick. hahaha. i dunno i hv to be happy or insulted. :p i like it, i like it. seriously.

i like them so much. they lovable and sweet.

and the third family, the trios HHH. this family is look like an ordinary family, but actually they're cool. the mother who looks classic, but actually super modern inside. she's a bit talkative, but okay for me. i guess i disappoint her because i cant owe her sum of money for bought the ginseng, and when she wanna borrow my credit cellphone, i said i dont have much, and it wouldnt be enough for her to call to indonesia. so i cant borrow her my credit not because im stingy, but pure because i dont have enough credit. i knew she disappoint because of her expression and her questionaire. she taks good about me, but at problem solving she said not satisfied, and she also dont like the local guide, the foods, the hotel. yeah, but im still relieved that she quite satisfied with me, and said good things instead of bad things about me. and the daughters? they are nice, the eldert is absolutely cool, nice, and fun. i like her, and the youngest is uncommunicative, she like kids. just like me. The third family, The JJ family, is one of my fav family. it consist one young pretty mother with two litte daughters and their grandma. the kids are adorable and nice, i like them and they like me. :)

they re nice from the start, but at the end im not sure about the mother. she seems fine but not so excited. i dunno either she tired or what.

and the last family which one of the closest family to me, they re consist 6 people. the parents and their  4 children who mature enough. one of daughter have the same age with me. they re super nice and fun and the father is funny. they love to talk with me, chat with me. like them so much.

 

why this group is one of my fav? because not only they all are nice, fun, friendly etc, they also care and on time. superrrr on time. never late is not exactly, they re always gathered earlier than it supposed. well done!

 

and whe're gping to nami island, we had a super bad traffic jam for 5 hours more or less and they seems okay about it. they still smiling and not complaining.

they love the local guide, christine.

 

christine is a good local guide, she always guiding, she's nice, funny and helpful. and she like to bought me some foods. but sometimes she quite annoying actually. but still okay about it.

the photograph is excellent, he so helpful and amazing.

 

i met some of my friends there. it was a lot of fun. i always excited when i met my panorama friends at the destination. i met misjan and lia at mt sorak, we share stories, we ate snack, the i met misjan and firman at everland. i and firman ride several attractions and one of them, The T-express are horrifying. seriously. i dont wanna ever ever ride that anymore. huff. it almost killed me. hahaha.

 

 

summer in korea seems fine to me, compare to hongkong or china. summer in there are terrible, even the wind was scarry. its hot and could melt people.

well, in korea the wind is cool and fresh, although it quite shiny and sunny.

theres a day when it cloudy and windy. i love that day. like you guys know, i love rain. so of course i love cloudy. for windy, it depends. i like windy when summer, i dont like windy when its winter. lols. autumn is fine, but pls dont too windy.

 

because of the traffic, we re not visit petite france. firman dont like it, but i like it even it petite. lols.

i and firman visited hongdae, and he love it. of course he love it. Hongdae is one of my fav place in seoul.

 

i bought clothes at dongdaemun. i always wanna buy things when i visit korea. things there always catch my eyes. the clothes, accecories are suitable with my type. like you know, i love something simple, classic, ribbon and lace. so when i arrived dotta, i see many clothes that i like, i wanna buy all of them if im a billionaire. :(

so i bought two of them because of the discaunt. they re lovable, cute and not that expensive. :)

 

the families love shopping at myeongdong. me too. i bought bag there. and make up shops are everywhere. so i bought for my friends and myself etude, skin food, face shop at duty free and etude at hongdae, tony moly. wow. shopping, shopping and shopping.

 

korea drive me crazy. lols.

at the end, the guide gave me much snacks. the crunch punch. well, i love them. love this group as well :)

HZM-06 0624/CI-VD

This is my second time i bring group to Hongkong Shenzhen and Macau. but this second group is much much better. Not only the people that join this group, but also overall of the journey. i mean, before i got a lot of problems, almost all of the participants were visit hongkong, so they know all the things there and they didnt interest to look the shows etc, many requests and theres a couple who love to complain. moreover, there was an accident. it was hideous and horrible, i dont want to remember it. it was a dark memory that made me stressed, gloom and depressed. they sue me etc, i couldnt sleep for months, its haunted me and because of that i was grounded for 6 months, or less. and at that time i got 1st rank that supposed make me choose the group and destination that i want. pity me, but well finally its done. fiuhhh.. finally, so yeah i feel grateful that even that was my first time brought the group, and i got so much problem at once, but i can through it. it hard, but its not impossible. and i through it not alone, but with people who support me. my families, my besties, my iv, and especially my God that make me stronger and learn many things from it. 

well, be back to this group. Almost all of them never been to hongkong, i guess its quite great because they still feel the excitement etc, plus they nice. (not all of them) theres always a complainer. lols.

i brought 9 families. so many, isnt it?

First Family is LL family. actually they're not one family. it consist a mother with her son(autism) and 2 of them re his teacher. his autism school teacher and his monday school teacher. they re nice, all of them. Mr D is someone who complain about the mineral water (why they didnt get at first day), and about some other. when he didnt like something, he won't hesitate to tell me. he's to the point, and i like it. when he dont like things, he directly told me things that he didnt like but then he forgot it, and the questionaire its good. and, Mrs Na. Mrs Na is one of the super nice participants. she never complaint, she always smile and very very nice. i like her so much, and at the end of the tour she gave me a nice gift :) Then Mrs Cla, who is the mother who travelling with her son, she also nice. and they gave me a good questionaire. :)

Okay, 2nd family. SG family. it just consit of parents and their highschool daughter. they're nice, and the daughter Ms H slept in my room for a few days. she's nice, we get along and we talk much things. we went to disney together and we had breakfast together at disney hollywood and even they get a wrong ticket at disney and mrs M a bit complain about it and i explained to ther that i told the participants to check it first, she understand and all done good. the questionaires re great too. :)

The 3rd family. BM family, is the best of all. they re super nice and adorable. the parents, the lovely kid and the grandma. theres nothing much to say about them, they're perfect. and i wish i have much more participants like them. never complain, always happy and nice.

The 4th family. MR family. it just consist of parents and one daughter. they seems ordinary, but they re really rich. they bought a lot of things, like an enermous. and yeah, the father is  bit like to show off. :P but all of them re nice and the questionaire re excellent.

The 5th family is RW family, it also a little family that consist of parents and their little son who love to sleep and always get along with his dad. they're always on time, helpful, cooperative and nice. its also one of the best. they gave me a great questionaires. :)

The 6th Family, NS family. They're just an old couple who always romantic. they're funny and entertaining. lols.

The 7th Family, well its my fav number but the fact its the worst family here. it doesnt mean that theres a bad family, but what could i say? The NF family consist of parents and their 1 daughter and 1 son. the kids re nice, and didnt talk much. they're also not socialize. NF is the complainer family. the husband is always request many thing from the start, and he's talkative (by message) not in conversation. and his wife, OMG. she never smile. and she always complain all the time. about the foods, the guide etc etc. they gave me a bad questionaire but after that they get better, they being nicer. its quite strange actually.

The8th family, pretty number. it consist of a nice family. they're also one of the nicest. the singer and her husband with her pretty junior high daughter, who love thinkerbell and the fairies. at first because of the husband's photo i thought that he's a bit temperament and unfriendly but in fact they re so so friendly. the husband is temperament but he's nice. they treat me dinner at venetian. :) and their daughter accompany me to ride the gondola, the gondoliers have an extraordinary voice, so so beautiful.

The 9th Family, the Y family. In consist of 1 mother with her 2 daughters and 1 son, he's the eldest. they re also very veru nice, one of the best too. the mother is humble, care, and nice. and the kids re adorable, they love to chat with me, especially the 2nd daughter... she always wanna get around with me, hold my hand etc, talk with me, hug me. lols. she with the cute little kid and the pretty kid who love fairies. they adore me and called me "cc bidadari" lols. how adorable they are. love them.

yes, i miss them. i love this group.

everything going well, the hotels re great, the foods too, even i get a buffet dinner at venetian. yeay!!

Rudy Salvator and Cecilia Niek's Wedding :)

Yesterday is one of my besties wedding day (cecilia Niq Sumana Putri and Rudy Salvator), i and Iv are involved to their big day. it was my pleasure when she asked me to be her bridesmaid. i and Niq met in 1996, we're soon become closed not because our character (we hv different character) but we re really have a great conversation and love the same things like drawing, writing, reading, rabbit, even the japanese history and harry potter :P. i like draw but im not expert in it, not like her who is expert. i love her drawing, it always great and amazed me. anyway, we're apart when we're junior high and we met again at Tiara kasih. lols. eventhough there are many students there and mostly are girls, but we still become bestfriend like we used to, plus jess and ana. we love to chit chat, we love to hang out together, we have fun together and share our good and bad times together, we support each other and cheer up one another. but lets not skip the important part, when she met rudy and soon become a couple. They seem just like an ordinary couple, they looks comfort each other and fit each other, but not like crazily in love. lols. Frankly, we never surmise that they will become husband and wife one day. our thought re just the same. but the thing that i knew from the start is they fill each other. they complete each other. we all know (including me, for sure) who is niq, how her character and rudy could make her smile and temper her.

 

As a teenager, we love to chit chat about relationship and wedding. we converse about who is getting married later. will be niq, me, ana or jess? ana recorded it, i and ana said niq will be marry first. i win! i win! well, niq must treat us!! yeay!! ^^v

 

well, we never know about the future. most people re often to start and end relationship many times, so like i said before..we never expect that niq and rudy will through this long journey to become one.

 

Niq and Rudy's journey wasnt easy at all. they have been 8 years already. they through many things together, including their hard times. Long Distance relationship isnt easy. we all know that. many people can't survived, but they survive. USA and Indonesia are separate billion of miles, they see each other once in 2 years, they talk with skypeor any social media. its hard, they must be had many miscommunication and jealousy. but after all the things that they experienced, at the end they still together..because they love each other.

they're not a perfect couple at the beginning, but they re trying to be better and better couple. now i see them as a perfect and happy couple ever. i can see through their eyes. they dont have to utter words, we can see their love to one another within their act and the way they look each other.

 

Okay, lets back to the teenager times. niq always dream to become a wonderful bride with a wonderful wedding party, just like every girl. but not like most of the girl's dream, she dont want to have a big fancy plush luxurious wedding party. she just want a simple private party that elegant, warm and impressive.

well, now she get it. she actualize it. she, with rudy's help make her dream come true.

 

Niq looked stunning in her wedding dress. not just her gown who make her look dazzled, but also her face. she look refulgent and splendent.

i know she's exhausted after all the things that she have to prepare before the wedding day, but its not cover her happiness. its obviously seen. ivan is agree with me. isn't it? ;)

 

The wedding party perhaps not going perfect and smooth but i and ivan (soon, would be we or us :p)  must admit their wedding is one of the greatest wedding that we attend. its not enermous, or resplendent, it just a small wedding party but it full of people who close to them, who care and love them, simple, warm, eminent, unique, preferential and impressive. i love the videos and the surprise that rudy gave niq. it just a simple video, not something excessive. but its touching and sweet. it really melt niq's heart, including me and all of the people who watched it. he said his word with serenity and sincerity.

he said thankyou that niq hv been willing to wait him and suffered all this long. "I'm glad that finally you're mine" is rudy last sentence to Niq. how touching. *start to sweep tears*

Gosh! i dont want to start cry again.

i feel all the feeling altogether.

it feel weird that one of your besties is marry, that we all aren't  single anymore, we're not young anymore, its time that we have to start our new journey, our new family.

 

so, for Rudy and Niq..it isnt a happy ending story but a new beginning for both of you.

perhaps it won't be easy, it won't be happy all the time, you both must be face the hard times together. but i believe that you both can through and pass that hard times together, with trust, faith and love. you both aren't two anymore, but one. you both hv to filled each other like you both used to, through all the good and bad times together, for better for worse till death do tear you both apart.  I know that you both can do it! ;)

 

im not crying because i lost my besty.

(hmm, a bit perhaps :p) but im crying because im happy that you are married niq! you found your soulmate!

i wish nothing but all the best things and happiness for rudy and niq.

 

its hard to say goodbye, because you have to move to united states.

but i believe that many good things wait you there and i bet you will be happy there. i envy you. move to united states would be awesome! hehehe...

i and ivan(hopefully) could visit you both there, when we're officially married(hopefully) later. :p
