Well, another hongkong trip. quite boring actually, but i keep to manage it :)
Nah. what can i say from this group? If i said this group from hell, but its too harsh i guess. because not all the guests re disaster, some of the re very nice to me, and theres no serious accident, just a bit maybe.
so, like usual.. i will let you know the people that i brought.
So, there are some doctors from somewhere hospital at east jakarta. they are pensioners, love to shopping and they're nice actually even a bit archaic.they re nice but they convinced another families on group that they dont have to but the medicine there because its fake or what. i heard whisper, not so clear. a bit shocking actually. because i always inform the guests that we dont have to buy anything from here, if you just wanna check out your health (its free) and decide to not buy anything, its fine theres nothing to worry about that. but this visit is a must, because its from government and agent that have merger with Pano.
they complained about the alteration of itinerary. the forst itin they in hongkong, so they have much time to shopping etc, but then the final itin was changed, in Macau. i absolutely undertand what they feel, they have plan already, and because of the alteration, its ruin their plan. but i explain to them that itinerary could change any time, without any prior notice, and this alteration is from agent. they can change it urgently, and nothing we can do about that. we just try our best to give the service and everything, i as a tour leader do the same. always do the best and give the maximum services, but again.. there are several things that out of my control. like when they gave us the final itin. they complained about why final itin come out just 3 days before departure? well.. i as a tour leader got the same. The TL Fee, final confirmation and everything i got H-1. well, one of the reason is because the group is just materialized. so theres no one to blame.

okay, the second fam is the honeymooners. the 2 faces honeymooners. The HP family. they look nice from the start, although the lady ask to disneyland so badly. but she's nice, friendly and everything. i like her at the beginning. no doubt. but after days gone by.. i found things that make any tour leader suspicious. that claws, one boy one are coming out.  but seriously, she love to smile, love to talk, even she often take pictures with me and ask to went out together. all are fake, or maybe she disappointed because she cant get what she want. she ask that she want go to disneyland from the start, i explain her that we just have 2 days in hongkong. first day in hongkong- city tour, the next day we re going back to airport. so, if she want go playing around at disneyland, it cant be on the last day. it must be on the 4th day, but i told her i cant guarantee that she could go there, but i will try my best. i mean, if we have enough time and we finish all the tours on 2 pr 3 pm, she could go to disneyland definitely, but, again... no guarantee. of course i can't guarantee, im not a God, so i can't predict the future. so, unexpectedly when we across the border from Szx to Hkg, its crazily crowded, like there are five thousands people there. No joke.we re queuing for hours, its exhausting really and getting warm, hot and hotter. its really torturing. i feel pity with my guests. they re really tortured. but yeah we finish it eventually, but they dont get happy. not just the fake honeymooners who want go to disneyland so badly, but also the other people who join that tour. they disatisfied about the border, so we can't finish the city tour earlier, or 3 pm on schedule. but we just started the tour from 4 pm, and we just finish the tour on 8pm. most of them wanna go to mongkok and the other wanna go to cost way bay, well.. its an incident, but i get this as an experience, so later dont pass the border on weekend, but if we have to we have to go much earlier, because it was really hideous.
and this fake honeymooners, they re.. OMG.. i just can say OMG. they look nice, but okay.. i dont wanto say anything.. you guys can decide who they are.
so when they have to pay the tip, they wanna pay with local currency, i asked the local guide and she said okay so they pay the money, i gave them the change. 10 HKD. she said that tomorrow she want get the money, but that evening i already gave to them. and you know what? the husband HT said to his wife, that probably the money thai i gave them is fake, so pls separate it first then check to the money changer or what" in front of my face. its ridiculous. its 10 HKD not 100?!! hello??!! Are you unbelievable stingy or what? Even, THERE'S NO COUNTERFEIT MONEY THAT VALUE 10 HKD. THE MINIMUM IS 50 . If 10, the cost of production is more expensive then the value of that money itself. Okay, i tell to my self to keep calm.. 'Breath wiid....breath.."
and theres another story, well.. its quite embarassing if i in their position.
so, at the last night in Szx, the nice honeymooners ask me to hang out with them..so then we had dinner/supper with them, the FH and Mrs WL. we had dim sum together, they order milk tea and ocean what, i and mrs WL just enjoy our free warm tea. but when the bill's coming out, it said 245 RMB, the NH or PO family(nice honeymooners) gave 100 to both of them. well, it more than it should be. they're generous anyway, Mrs WL just gave 20 because she said she didnt eat much. i quite shock but then the FH said they will gave more, so ithink they will give another 100, but then they said that i have to pay the rest, 70. and i just open my eyes so widely, surprised. 70 just for myself. are you kidding me? but well, when i shocked they said "no no, you just have to pay 57" it still wrong, i know. but i dont want to debate it, because we dont have much time. we must back to the hotel.
and the next day, i realized that i being trapped. lols. so funny. so i asked them how much that they paid yesterday, and they said the money that they paid is enough. not more, not less (they said they paid more yesterday) , and i asked again how much? she answered 90. enough. but i felt clumsy about that, so gathered all of them..and i confirm about the bills. 247 - 100 (the NH), -57(Me) - 20 (Mrs WL) = 70. not 90. and i asked them re they sure they paid 90? i dont want to get money from cunning people like them. they re not just stingy, but also cunning. well, sorry if i m to harsh but that the truth.
if you know me well, you will know if i can angry with people, get mad with them, frustate because of them or can said their negative, its mean that they re so aweful. but well, i just write on my blog and i dont mention their name, so i guess im not that evil like them. and lets continue.. after i said that, they stare each other then the guy said " oh hunnie, we forgot. we paid 70, not 90." then they apologized and insist to pay me another 10, i decline. i said thankyou, i dont need to. seriously, its not because the money, but i need to know the truth, i dont like being cunned and trapped like that. if they acknowledge already, its fine to me. i guess that money is more important then their dignity.

they disappointed because they couldnt go to disney, then these things..and also the border.. so it won't make me that surprised if the lady give me hideous questionare, lols. her husband is better. even he's quite annoying sometimes, but he still fine.
well, she's totally fake. she said that even the local guide re miserable and everything, she lucky that have Tour leader like me, she said that im the best, cool and everything. OMG, so fake. I wanna throw up.
and she said she will add my LINE to send the pictures, but she never added. she just pretending add my number because i asked her at airport (on purpose) but then perhaps she delete it, because i make sure my number is right already. lols. so fake. so fake. eventhough she hate me because of the disney things, but perhaps she still feel bad if i find out that the one who make that hideous questionare is her, thats why on that QR, she strike streak her name and the address, she think i can't find out. even she streak with the bold pen, i still could see her address, and i ask the good guest that close to me where it is, in south or east jakarta, then she replied that address is 'THE FAKE's address. lols. so, i dont have much effort to know it.
she elude from me, but to know her phone number is just that easy. not because i have masterfile in my hand, but i can ask people that involved in this tour. i didn't say anything, i didn't assert anything, but i could quip her. just a soft innuendo. hehehe.. only for make her realize what she was doing and to make my feeling better. and its work. no offense for that. just try to imagine how if you guys in my position.

well, another family..
The SL family. OMG, this fam is one of my fav family. they're lovable, super nice and fab!!! i love them, they just fantastic!

they're old couple who join this tour for second honeymoon. i guess their children who pay for them. they never ask anything overwhelmed, they never complain anything, Mrs LD is so nice, friendly, elegant, meek and suave. they just so nice to me, and they love to smile, comforting me. and she said that my boyfriend look alike, or very look alike with her son-on-law. lols. she told me that her SOL love her daughter so much, then she couldnt imagine how come there is someone who love so badly, but he's protective and possesive. he didnt allow guy to cut his wife's hair. lols. quite unique. its remind me with my Iv. :p

then SS family. At first, they seems adorable, nice, and friendly. this family is one of the family that hv been to hongkong. well, he want go to many places and he suggest other families to visit that places. Nothing wrong with that. :) but theres one problem here, Mrs SM. she look so cute and soleha, seriously. i cant imagine that she could be sucks and a bit evil. well, i dont want to say much about her. but she treat me like a villein. well, maybe im too overwhelming. but seriously, u can feel it if u being me. she said harsh thing and when she want things that not a part of the itin, she insist it. and when i tried help her to figure it out, instead of being grateful or what, she even increasingky make the troublesome. and also, i didnt like the way she talk to me. to harsh, to rude. i dont like rude people.  i just dont presume that she's the bad girl in here, the provocateur. u will never assume her to be someone like that, because u cant judge people from their appearance right? because i get fooled. she so awful that i cant decribe within words, her husband is better, he seems nice and loving husband, and i guess he love his wife as well. but he affraid of his wife. lols.

The AR family, the lovely mother who love to smile with her pretty daughter. her daughter is quiet and dont like to socialize. the fake madam dislike her. she said that she give her up, like try to talking with her. but in my opinion, they re nice. her mother love to smile, and nice to me, her daughter even didnt talk much but she's nice too. i love sincere people. its better she didnt talk much but she have a good heart. so rare to find those guys.

The HW family, the same with above. the care and nice mother with her talketive and shopaholic adult daughter. lols. i quite close with this family. Mrs H is nice nice, and her daughter love to chit chat with me, talk about her maternity, her children and everything. she just a bit stingy :p and she quite annoying sometimes, but very sheldom. they quite fine :)

The PE family. Perhaps they re not young anymore, this lovely grandpa and grandma are sibling, they through many things a lot. i almost cried when i listen to Mrs E stories. so touched, and i couldnt breath. they're though, they're insipired me, and even i did mistakes sometimes, they understand it, they always spirit me, they gave me awesome questionares that i didnt deserve it.( im not perfect, i did mistakes, i learn from them, how to figure it out, how to solve them and avoid to do the same mistakes and minimize do another mistakes. well, experience make us better) , they understand me. :) they re so lovely and superb. deep in my heart, i love them, wish that they will through their old times happily. *hugs*

The PM family. they silence and blushful couple. i didnt say thy re honeymooners because they hv been married for several years ago but they dont have children yet. at first,i quite nervous when i talk to them, because they always expressed the flat expression. lols

Perhaps they not friendly, cheerful, talketive, or being chatterbox like the fake lady that i talked before..but they are nice and kind. when they start to talk, we talk quite much and this lady is really attractive. this couple not only perfect as  a couple by their appearance (they both handsome and beuatiful) but also humble and generous. :)

The PO family. wah wah, this family is my most fav among all. i wont tell theur name because its confidential, but bear in mind its in my blog so its quite fine to tell my stories, but i cant still reveal their name. they're nice, fun, adorable, amazing, the top one.

i didnt say this not because she love to treat me, but because their personalities and their kindness.

so, because i already tell the stories above.. do i dont need to tell anything again. lols. so even everything going well on 3 days, but after we passed the border its ruin it all.

well, the thing that i have to do is give them the substitute. i must remind myself later, so if i got this kind of case again i know how to handle their anger.

HZM-06 0624/CI-VD

This is my second time i bring group to Hongkong Shenzhen and Macau. but this second group is much much better. Not only the people that join this group, but also overall of the journey. i mean, before i got a lot of problems, almost all of the participants were visit hongkong, so they know all the things there and they didnt interest to look the shows etc, many requests and theres a couple who love to complain. moreover, there was an accident. it was hideous and horrible, i dont want to remember it. it was a dark memory that made me stressed, gloom and depressed. they sue me etc, i couldnt sleep for months, its haunted me and because of that i was grounded for 6 months, or less. and at that time i got 1st rank that supposed make me choose the group and destination that i want. pity me, but well finally its done. fiuhhh.. finally, so yeah i feel grateful that even that was my first time brought the group, and i got so much problem at once, but i can through it. it hard, but its not impossible. and i through it not alone, but with people who support me. my families, my besties, my iv, and especially my God that make me stronger and learn many things from it. 

well, be back to this group. Almost all of them never been to hongkong, i guess its quite great because they still feel the excitement etc, plus they nice. (not all of them) theres always a complainer. lols.

i brought 9 families. so many, isnt it?

First Family is LL family. actually they're not one family. it consist a mother with her son(autism) and 2 of them re his teacher. his autism school teacher and his monday school teacher. they re nice, all of them. Mr D is someone who complain about the mineral water (why they didnt get at first day), and about some other. when he didnt like something, he won't hesitate to tell me. he's to the point, and i like it. when he dont like things, he directly told me things that he didnt like but then he forgot it, and the questionaire its good. and, Mrs Na. Mrs Na is one of the super nice participants. she never complaint, she always smile and very very nice. i like her so much, and at the end of the tour she gave me a nice gift :) Then Mrs Cla, who is the mother who travelling with her son, she also nice. and they gave me a good questionaire. :)

Okay, 2nd family. SG family. it just consit of parents and their highschool daughter. they're nice, and the daughter Ms H slept in my room for a few days. she's nice, we get along and we talk much things. we went to disney together and we had breakfast together at disney hollywood and even they get a wrong ticket at disney and mrs M a bit complain about it and i explained to ther that i told the participants to check it first, she understand and all done good. the questionaires re great too. :)

The 3rd family. BM family, is the best of all. they re super nice and adorable. the parents, the lovely kid and the grandma. theres nothing much to say about them, they're perfect. and i wish i have much more participants like them. never complain, always happy and nice.

The 4th family. MR family. it just consist of parents and one daughter. they seems ordinary, but they re really rich. they bought a lot of things, like an enermous. and yeah, the father is  bit like to show off. :P but all of them re nice and the questionaire re excellent.

The 5th family is RW family, it also a little family that consist of parents and their little son who love to sleep and always get along with his dad. they're always on time, helpful, cooperative and nice. its also one of the best. they gave me a great questionaires. :)

The 6th Family, NS family. They're just an old couple who always romantic. they're funny and entertaining. lols.

The 7th Family, well its my fav number but the fact its the worst family here. it doesnt mean that theres a bad family, but what could i say? The NF family consist of parents and their 1 daughter and 1 son. the kids re nice, and didnt talk much. they're also not socialize. NF is the complainer family. the husband is always request many thing from the start, and he's talkative (by message) not in conversation. and his wife, OMG. she never smile. and she always complain all the time. about the foods, the guide etc etc. they gave me a bad questionaire but after that they get better, they being nicer. its quite strange actually.

The8th family, pretty number. it consist of a nice family. they're also one of the nicest. the singer and her husband with her pretty junior high daughter, who love thinkerbell and the fairies. at first because of the husband's photo i thought that he's a bit temperament and unfriendly but in fact they re so so friendly. the husband is temperament but he's nice. they treat me dinner at venetian. :) and their daughter accompany me to ride the gondola, the gondoliers have an extraordinary voice, so so beautiful.

The 9th Family, the Y family. In consist of 1 mother with her 2 daughters and 1 son, he's the eldest. they re also very veru nice, one of the best too. the mother is humble, care, and nice. and the kids re adorable, they love to chat with me, especially the 2nd daughter... she always wanna get around with me, hold my hand etc, talk with me, hug me. lols. she with the cute little kid and the pretty kid who love fairies. they adore me and called me "cc bidadari" lols. how adorable they are. love them.

yes, i miss them. i love this group.

everything going well, the hotels re great, the foods too, even i get a buffet dinner at venetian. yeay!!

HONGKONG SHENZHEN MACAU

Hey there! it have been quite long since i wrote my last blog and i kinda miss writing. :) but since i work, it looks like i dont have much spare time. i even dont have much time to read. its kinda sad, isnt it? well. after the hectic times goes by, jan-mar is the 'low season' time which i have time time for myself, for my family, for my iv. :)
iv is my boyfriend. i haven't tell you this right? sure.. because i havent wrote since long time ago, plus its about travelling, not about my own life blog. lols.
but i love to share this to my reader. if i have any. it seems not much people interest with my blog. haha. but thats fine, i just love to wrote my experience, and its kinda great if my blog could help people. ;)
well, its even better if there someone or peoples who give me the feedback. just ask or leave any comment.
okay, now i will tell you about my journey to Hongkong Shenzhen Macau (HZM).

here we go.. ;)
i work at one of the huge travel industry company in indonesia, especially in jakarta.
i worked since sept 2012, and i get chance to bring the group on december. im not proud of myself, because i know that my achievement is because God love me so much and support from people around me.
this is my first time i bring the group to outside of indonesia. and its cool.
i have excitement and nervous at the same time.
its even more cool when i found out that i bring the complete one, which i have madame tussaud, hongkong disneyland, 100 skydeck and the most important is i stayed at hongkong disneyhollywood and Venetian macau. yeay!! :D

okay, so before the departure i called all of my guests, and pray for sure. i pray that the group will be going fine, theres no trouble or kind of things, and i got friendly guests, and health for me and all of them.
and i already prepare things for the new year there, i bought lamps, and brought gifts for the kids there. they woule be love it. i have many children in my group. like 12. but 4 of them re above 12 years old.
i wrote all the embarcation card for them. well, i have 27 guests, and when we go to every border, like when we arrived at hongkong, or macau we should give the embarcation card. so each person have 3 embarcation card, and as a tour leader i have to write theirs. with mine become 28. 28 person x 3 card =  84 cards, plus i have to copy all of the passport, master file, room list for the hotel rooms,print all the master file, final itinerary and wrote the 'say cheese' voucher, bow the ribbon and paste the sticker's name.

after all of done, i start to browse the new update of HZM, not really much. just the general one, because there re local guides there who will be guiding bout the history etc. so, i just have to learn about the technical things. there re some people who help me. they re raina(the operation), aya, bravo and april(who teach me about the border etc), and louisa who already become a great teacher for me since i worked here. she's definitely helpful and detail. she describe and explain all the details, even she show me the map and pictures. how cool is that! well, what can i say? she's awesome!

some coworkers here remind me already that i got one of the most difficult route among other routes in asia. example like, bangkok, singapore, vietnam, korea, japan, china.so they warn me to beware, because there several tour leader who got problem there. it makes me even nervous, but also made me more careful.

Day Seven

So, today is our final day. yeayyy, im so excited and happy finally i get home. its exhausting really.

so, early in the morning i found 3 voice messages from one of my guess, the PT LW family. they asked their ticket because they will be extend for 2 days. then before i wanna ctc him, MR L ctc me first. he even leave the paper message for me behind the door. then before i wash my face etc, he knock my door already so i opened. ergggh, i still had my pillow face, and wear pajamas, not look good at all. after i gave the ticket etc, i go shower then i tidy up all my baggage, amke sure theres nothing left there. after i make sure, i went downstair to hv breakfast. the rest is really big. i took some of potatoes, meat etc, then i back again just to grap some chips and after i ate that, i took one of my fav breakfast dish, cereal with the dried banana and milk, for sure. i ate really fast because i still manage the ferry thing with my local guide, who dont want responsible of what she had done. well, aftar finally its done.. we re gathered at the lobby waiting for others then we re going to the port. at the port, we check in all of our baggage. its take quite long. i met another tour leader from another travel agent. he's name is Hans and really nice. after that we together going by ship then when we arrived at HKIA, we check in again to manage the seat. the guests re waiting at other area. it takes almost 1 hour for that.  finally all done and we re going to the immigration and go to the boarding gate. its really pity that Hans lost his phone. i feel bad for him.

we took the train to the gate, and while we re waiting, i tell everyone there one by one that i apologize if i ihad done something wrong or something that hurt their feeling, its inadvertent. then i said thankyou for join this tour etc. everyone said the nice words to me, even the SS family. they look so nice and warm, but when i read the questionaire from them at plane, i found 1 quest that said all the bad things during the tour, and its SS family. they not only said that the foods isnt good etc, but he also said the tour leader isnt assertive enough, because he look that many guests re keep late day by day. i knew thats mybad. i told them not too late, i warn them, but i cant angry to them, when i told them.. they re more fierce than me, they also have many excuses. their children for example. errghh,..

but yeah, i tried to become assertive once and it works.

also, he said that im just too young become tour leader. too younggg???? im 24. hello???

well.. another, he said that im just like a baby sitter where kids always wanna close with me, especially isaac. well, i love kids and actually i did nothing..but they always wanna be with me. tara, olive and isaac. he even dont want to loose his hold. well, thats not my bad. the important thing is i still did my job. i do my job correctly and had responsibility, but again.. i cant see whats wrong if the kids like me, theres no one complain about that.

but after i rethink again, finally i found the answer. they re the only family who dont have kids, and they just lost their baby. so..okayy.. i feel bad for them.

i listen many amazing jazz and classic song at the plane, and i will download it later.

after we landing, and took our baggage i wait them to took all the baggage, and said again the last words for them, but the SS family seems uninterest at all. they turn sucks again. even before they already turn good nice and warm.

ehh.. maybe they heard what i said with Y. well, dont want to talk about this anymore.

yeayyy, jakarta !!! *happy*

my dad's friend already await me in front.. my parents couldn't pick me up, because theyre travelling together with my aunt's fam and my brother also coming in. and unexpectedly, thomas, the one who pursue me.. also pick me up, but i didnt meet him. i told him, theres someone who already pick me.

later, i have good news!

ivan will coming to jakarta!!! woohooo! xD

so, we can spent our weekend together. yeay yeay yeay!

we re going to senayan city. as a couple. :D

Day Six

Perhaps i never mention before that my guests, consist of 6 families. one of them dont have any children. they re  alternately late. its kinda annoying. like PT family always late all the time, S sometimes, SS and LW never, SW once, and SP sometimes. so, i decide to being bold and assertive to them. I told them yesterday, that we'll going to Macau this morning by ferry, and this is really important. because once you late, you must to go by ypurself to the port, and you must spend your own expense, because the ticket ferry re paid already by Panorama, so its their own choice and risk. i told them and being so strict to them, because they always late even i told them many times not to late. like yesterday, for example.. we late almost for half an hour. its crazy! they re quite disappoint me. but luckily, yesterday we dont have to rush anything. so we could still enjoy the tour. i told them 6.30 am we must gathered at the lobby, we re wait til 6.45. If on 6.45 there re still guests who not comingm, we must still go to the port. and unecpectedly, this early morning on 7.30 i already find almost all of them re gathered at the lobby. how great!

so, we re going by now to the port. i paid for their baggage, Ashiu help me and give me the ferry ticket and everything taht we need, then after we check in the baggage, we re going inside the port and queued to enter the ship. the ship is convenient, i admit. i meet suvi and robinson there. we talk much then soon after that we arrived. i and suvi were wait for our guests then their baggage, after that we re going to Temple of Ama. and the queue was unbeliavable. i mean, its like around 40 buses queue to enter the temple. its crazy, so the local guide.. she's fungky and energetic even she's quite old already, she took us to the shops. the souvenir shops and the snacks shop where you could buy vitamins, dried porks and seaweed crunch snacks. many of them bought that, including me. :P

then, we re having lunch at the locl restaurant, its portuguese restaurant, they serve their own special recipes, quite yummy. for sure, the TL's dish arent like that. :(

but well, thats fine. i could still try this and that. 2 items re enough. ;)

then, we re going to City of Dream, watch the dragon Treasure Show. Interesting. but boring. The SS family said that first time they watch the show was quite surprising, becausen they didnt expect that they will stand for 45 minutes,. The SS family looks nice and friendly. sometimes they offer me to eat together with them, just like the SP family. but the different is im not really sure that they really want me to sit and eat with them.

also, they loveee to complain.

they complain about Shenzhen, the local guide, the photography, about the tour. they said its boring etc and its quite weird because they hv been hongkong many times, and if this destination doesnt attract them, why they visit here so often? ist that strange? and she also said that Shenzhen people and the city is disgusting. no comment.

but because they love to complain, im affraid that they also complain about me, even they seems nice to me. and also, Mrs told me about her pregnancy and how she lose her baby and it makes her and her husband feel bad about it and grieved. its pity that they lose the baby. :(

well, after we watch.. we re check in to venetian. venetian is a huge hotel ever, it consist thousand of rooms, gambling place, gondola and mall. so, no wonder if theres some people who get lost.

i saw how big the lane with the magestic, fancy and classic design and decoration. also the chrystal lamp everywhere. i love the design. i love classic things :P

so, after we brief the guests where the elevator, the malls, gondola, foodcourt etc.. i can go to my room, take rest for a while.. then going around with Suvi and other TLs.

i open my room and TADAAAAAAAA.. i found the most beautiful prodigious room that i ever seen and stay. its huge, really. and its classic!! love it! :D even they have 2 phone, one of them re beside the bed, and its wireless so you can talk without worry about the cable. :P

i look my bed, queen size great with beautiful curtain, with the lace. i call it" renda", but Iv call it "rumbai". he cant differentiate between renda and rumbai :P

theres a tv flat inside the cupboard, and also theres a living room too with the sofas, cupboard, another tv, amenities, tea appliance, and theres also dining table with 2 chairs, and also the work table with the chair. awesome. the room is just too huge for myself alone. :( it will be greater if i can enjoy it with my fam, or my cousin, or my besties, or my iv.

well, wait for the bathroom.

its fabulous! i bet you will love it, because im fell in love with the dressing room. its more suit call "dressing room" instead of "bathroom" right? ;)

well, all re white and gold. you can see mirror everywhere. the design is just excellent for me, theres re 2 ellegant sink with the amenities, bath tub, shower room, dressing table with the cair and one room "toilet" and theres telephone hanging on the wall. great!

so, i enhjoy the room for a while, then i take a look the ticket, the ferry ticket, do what i have to do, then soon after that my guest call me and invite me to join them hang out together, but i deny it because i already hv appointment with other TL. so, i call suvi and we re walk around, watch people gambling, window shopping then eat at the foodcourt. :) i met my guests there, after that we re going to the wifi place, so i can contact my office to do something that involve the ferry thing, my local guide stupidity and my guest. after all done, i back to my room and take a rest. :)

Day Five

What we do today?  Firstly, we re going to the Window of The world where we we could see the miniature from all around the world. i seen this before at Beijing. but dont get wrong, because these miniature not look that small. actually it looks quite big, and some of them re huge, for example "The Niagara Falls", and looks quite real. i also like the vatican at beijing. But in Shenzhen, yeah almost the same, more or less. there re some re small, but not that small, the height is just like the same as mine. but the architecture is great. so, arrived there we re going around using mono rail. i have the same coach with Witi and her mom. nice. :) she looks a bit afraid, because its like rocking right and left and unstable. lols.

but yeah, i quite enjoy the ride, the view and the conversation. i love talking with them, they re super nice, real and friendly. after that, we get out and takinga short way tour to look around and taking pictures, im with 'axshiu' the motherly local guide and The S Family. there re some of them rent a small ride to enjoy the park. we taking pictures here and there, or i took picts of them, i revised. and 12 pm we already gathered to eat lunch, the lunch is yummy at a fancy restaurant, but my dish with driver and the local guide re... you know. there re fishes, fish soup with the small and thin bones everywhere. really troublesome. but its easy to me to eat, because i eat everything and im not picky. some people say that im greedy, some people say that im a good girl. :P

like usual, isaac always wanna sit with me. he always like that til his mom and dad get angry of him. we taking picts together and after i persuade him to eat, finally he eat with his family and i can eat with the others. its quite funny that the waiter and manager there asking my QQ, but i dont have any, so i just give my facebook name, but i bet they dont have too.

well, after that we re going to shops. the jade, and medicine shop. at jade, there re none of my guests who bought any jade, but they bought the lychee tea. i love lychee tea too, maybe because i love lychee. ;)

yeah, and isaac always holding my hands and dont want loosen, even just for minutes.

after that, we re going to the medicine shop. there re some who bought the medicine and while they re having consultation and look around the silk, i look the snacks there and bought many of wang wang for me, ivan and my coworkers. ivan and me hv the same taste for snacks. almost all of them. :) 

i also recommend the snacks with other guests, and also with the PT family, :) they seems nice and their kids re closer with me, and also MRS PT asked me to took pict together before. :) after we back, we re going to the Splendid of China just for the shows. before that, many of thems by the corns, sausage and any of snacks. then, we look the show together. i sit at the back, with other tour leaders. i meet other tour leader from other travel agencies. we look the dance, acrobat just like any other china show, then we re having dinner together. isaac, again..always holding my hand and he dont want to go with his parent to the restaurant. he wanna stay with me at downstairs. i stay at downstair because im waiting other guests. i meet suvi, introduce isaac to her, hv a short conversation then we re going to the rest. we hv dinner then actually we will going to another show, but all of them agreed to not attend the show. they dont have any interest. so we back to hotel after that.

thats great. im tired. but ashiu is a bit disappointed and actually i feel that its quite pity that they dont look the show, they paid already. :( but most of them re watch the show already.

time to take a rest then :)

Day Four

because we have much time til we picked up by the bus to shenzhen, so i decide to ask the other guests to come with me go to Tung Chung, which is near with the hotel. The S, Sp and SW's children re coming. the others stay. so, we had breakfast at 8.00. the breakfast was great, ven its amazing and abundant. i love disneyhollywood's breakfast.its more diverse than in l'Nina. even, i already feel L'Nina is great already. but for the view and environment, L'nina is better. so we have much dishes to eat here. we could find indian foods, cakes, desserts like mickey mouse waffles which taste so yummy (love it) you can put the toppings as well. there re many toppings, like cinnamon, melt chocolate, stawberries or blueberry jam. and many kinds of breads, pancake, and croissant. they also provide dim sum which taste incredible, then sausage etc. you must love the breakfast here. :D after i finished, i decide to wait my guests at lobby, but before that i visit the shop there and bought some souvenirs for myself, for my dad and ivant. i bought the cute tiger key hanger. ouch, so cute. and i help Lha to choose ribbon for her, but she still hesitate wanna buy it or not because perhaps she can't wear that at indonesia. :)
after that, we re going to Tung Chung by MTR. firstly we bought the MTR card from the machine, must using the coins. max 4 coins, can't more than that. after that, we re going to Tung Chung. after we arrived i tell them to meet infront of Adidas on 12.00 pm, then i accompanied by S fam, except her son because her son start to adore SP's daughter :p and follow them. so we look Giordano etc,  we went to Body Shop i bought perfume.theres big promotion. buy one get two!! hehe. :)
after we walked around, ivant called me just for a moment, so happy could hear his voice. Totally miss him.
then, we wait other guests at 12.00, then we back to the hotel on 12.20 and we arrived on 12.50. fiuh :) our baggage already at the lobby, i checked out already so thats fine.
then, i just have to wait Bruce pick us up to Shenzhen. it just take 1 hour to go there.

After 1 hour, we arrived then bruce help me to arrange the people to take the visa on arrival. after that, i met our local guide. she's so nice and her indonesian language is also fab! xD

so, after all the guests are gathered i tell them that we re going to the hotel.
nad, just like usual. Isaac always want to hold my hands, stand beside me, sit beside me, always be with me all the time. :p its kinda cute right? ;)
he just like a possessive boyfriend :P
i inform to the guests that on 6 pm we will going to the restaurant nearby to have dinner and we will going to Lowu shopping market.

the lunch is quite fine, i helped them til all the dishes re provided and help their request..
the SS's family and the nice lady from one of the nicest family ask me to join them, but i refused. company not allowed me to join guests to eat together.
i had dinner with our local guide. a simple one. lols.
then, after that we re going to lowu. theres nothing much to see actually. the ss and the s family seems uninterest with things that they sell there. haha.

I bought the simcard also. unicom.

then, i wait for the guests on 9.00 pm til 9.30 but theres no one coming, so we decide back to the hote. (previously, i told them if they want go back together,  we waited at 1st floor on 9.00 pm). well, back to the creepy hotel( i dont like the hotel ) i took a bath and wait Iv call me. we call til we sleep.
this is the first time i called with him til asleep. lols. so cute and funny. ;)

Day Three

well, today..just like yesterday, always theres family who didnt come on time.there's 2 families who late. The LW family still eat relaxely, even its already 8.20am. we have to meet at the lobby on 8.30 am. so i just told them to make it fast, then the PT family. they even late for 10 minutes then they recently wanna eat breakfast/. Oh Gosh! I dont think they have watches or clock in their room. Mr L insist that their children have to eat. well, i know that their children have to eat, but i have to be wise and firm, so i suggest him to buy bread at the hotel cafe because we dont have much time to wait for them, it isnt an excuse. i told him, that his family isnt the only one who have kids, the other 4 families too. he understand then buy the breads, great.
so, after 15 minutes later i and bruce took all the guests to the disneyland hollywood hotel, just 20 minutes from L'Nina. The SW family , their children re with us. the others going to hospital, then after they knew the result they will inform me as well, and catch up to disneyhollywood.
after we arrived at disney hollywood, we just put our baggage, i tell the concierge to keep it and after we check in on 5 pm, they will send our luggage to our room. well, thats great and comfortable.
then i go to the receptionist to take breakfast voucher, disney ticket. i distribute all the tickets and voucher to them, i teach them about the shuttle bus so later they could back to the hotel by themselves. because we re definitely will separate. today was so freezing.
i told them to meet me at 5 pm to take the room card.

so, we re going to disneyland which small but great.
The S family follow me as usual, the other just go by themselves. theres nothing much that we could ride, just several, and the best from it is Grizzly Bear, i love that ride.
and yeah, theres "Golden Micky" show which great, kids love it.
we had lunch together. Mrs S bought me a cheese mayo hotdog. super yummy and we look like just like one little happy family. me with my sisters and brother. and pretty mother. lols.

she also bought us yoghurts.... aaaaa..how lovely she is.

anyway, actually today i wasnt that enjoy like i shown. i kinda very very busy to manage my guests and the agent, i keep messaging and call the agent for my guests's tickets. they have to back jakarta as soon as possible, because the worst thing that they expect is happen. and the guests also keep calling me every 20 minutes. so, finally at 3 we re deal that we get the flight for tomorrow morning.
yay! The agent will send their people to our hotel to meet SW family, give the ticket and collect the money.

5 more or less, i back to the hotel.
there re already 2 families who waiting and they check in already. i helped them to check in before,
and after i checked in..i just wait for other guests come and give the keys. also i inform them that we must gathered at the lobby on 09.00 pm because we wanna go to the sky 100 deck to celebrate new year together.

after that, i back to my room. all is mickey mouse. cute! but much smaller than L'Nina. i love L'Nina much much more. i share my room with Nova.
and mrs W told me what happened. she cry and i try to comfort her and tell her that it would be okay.
i came to her mothers in law bed, mssage her, talk to her. she's strong and nice, i believe that everything willl be okay,. :)

we must bring all the presents, that we could swap it. nice right? ;)

on 9.15 the bus and the local guide re arrived already, then 5 minutes later we'll going to the 100 Deck. i meet other TL which makes me happy. Bravo,  Simon, Suvia, JUn etc.
be bought wine, snacks, ferero to entertain them, and they feel happy about it.
overall is quite nice.
1 PM we back to the hotel. :)

Day two

So, today we will going to Avenue of stars where we could see the signature by the actor/actress themselves, and after that we will going to the stores, then finally we will visit the victoria peak and madamme tussaud inside it. i never been to madamme tussaud before, so its kinda excited for me too.
the breakfast at L'nina is quite great, and the interior design is awesome, i love it. even we could see the christmas decoration at the enterance.
well, i have a fast breakfast..then i met my coworker who will be my roomate later.
second day wasnt going smoothly.
soon after breakfast we have to wait for 1 family. the nicest one. i can't contact Mrs S, and its a bit frustate me. 15 minutes after that, she came down and bring her aunty as well and dont forget to brought the jackets, sweaters, and she gave me one, because she knew that i didnt brought the coat. oh, sweet of her. :D

well, firstly we re going to avenue of stars. we met our photographer, i forgot his name. *sorry.
he's one of the nicest person that i ever met and helpful. we talk with mandarin, thats great. so i can improve my mandarin. :P
well, the guests look so much fun. they re taking pictures etc, while i was watching them and walk around with the S's children. 3 of them, and take pictures with them too.

After that, we re going to the jewel's shop.
there re not much person interest with the jewel, only some did.
then, we're going to the chocolate factory. conversely, all of them looks excited and they bought much chocolate. that shop have many kind of chocolate, and there re many taste as well.some of the guests like durian, but i like another. there re also banana. i bought the plain one, and bought tiramisu for Iv, and Mrs S bought me a big almond chocolate which expensive and delicious. look! how generous she is.
i try to refuse it, but she said i must accept it. even, she told me that her children like me so much. she said that im not just nice, friendly and helpful..but also cute and pretty. :D whoaaa, how a sweet compliment. isn't it? ;)

after that, we re having lunch at the chinese restaurant.
great environment, great food. everyone looks like the foods. and me? i ate withthe local guide and driver.
the foods were.... i never said foods re horrible, but i could say that the quantity were just too small.
like 5 pieces of cabbage, for example. and thats true.

well, after we had lunch..we're going to the victoria peak.
there re many people queued there, and its quite dizzy. we're going upstairs, but before we re going to the madamme tussaud. most all of them wanna join, so we enter it. look around and they take pictures with the candle actors. :p quite nice.

then, 1 hour later i done, do i met mr willy at a restaurant, had conversation for tomorrow etc,
while we ait other guests coming, i accompany mrs s bought a sausage and new york fries. there re many types of fries, and i all in love with the cheese one. its look yummy. she bought for her daughters and she offer me some, but i didnt want to. she just too nice, and its not good if guests bought us some food. so its better that i refuse it. :p

after all of them re gathered, we re going to had dinner and then back to hotel.
i offered to accompany them to Mongkok (ladies market) soon after we arrived at the hotel. but, unfortunately one of the family, one of the SW family had an accident soon after she get our from the bus.
she think that her leg is broke, so we asked the wheelchair then i accompany them to their room.
i helped them as much as i could, talk to them, comfort the lady, tell her it would be fine, had conversation eith her son and daughter-in-law, talk about the hospital, insurance, doctor and what we supposed to do.
i talked to them quite long til i realized that there re some guests who already waiting for me at the lobby and makes me felt unwell.

so, after i helped them i go to the downstair and unexpectedly, theres only 1 family who wait for me. others canceled, bcause they feel too tired and another felt that its too cold. but then that SP family whos is one of the nicest family, canceled it too. and they totally understand my condition. how good they are, even they invite me to had dinner with them. i ate local food with them. tasty and nice. i like this family very much. all of them re lovely.

after we had dinner, i went to the medicine's store to bought the medicine for the lady. her daughter in law and her grand-daughter message me before.
finally i found it. and today is sooo freezing. lucky me, i wear 2 pieces of super thick sweater.
after we arrived at the hotel, actually the mall(citywalk and L'Nina is just one building), which really convenience. i gave the medicine to them, and talk about tomorrow's plan.
after that i decide to had bath, had message with Iv, which always makes me better then go to sleep. :)

Day One

First day, feel anxious, nervous, excited, wish that i have wonderful participants.
i really wish for that. but after i meet the families, my worry and anxious re gone. perhaps its because my family, besties, my boyfriend, and my prayer. :)
i would brought 5 families.
Family one (LS):
consist of husband and wife, and 4 children. all boys. 18, 14, 12 and 5. they re energetic, strict and sophisticated. they re nice, and looks like a perfect couple. mrs vi is incredibly pretty and totally fashionista. the kids re quite fine actually, the oldest and the second re quiet, but the oldest seems dont like to blend with other participants, he also dont like to smile. the third and the youngest re my fav! the third, just called him "marc" he's love to smile and lovable, and "ivander" who is naughty but also adorable. he dont like being touched with people and prefer playing with his brothers.

Family two (SS);
Consist of just husband and wife. they looked nice and friendly.

Family three (SW):
Consist of parent, 2 young adult (their children) and their grandmother. they also seems nice and friendly. the grandma is really nice and kind, and her daughter in law is also really nice and also, a fashionista.


Family Four ( S):
Consist of one mother and her 3 amazing children. 2 girls and 1 boy. the oldest one is boy (13) and the girls (11 and 8). i love them even at first time i met them. they look so so nice. the children re lovely and their mother is having a natural beauty, inside and out. soon, i become close to them.

Family Five (PT):
Consist of parent and their 3 children. all boys.(11, 6 and 4) the parent re okay, but they just seems a bit ignorance and not quite friendly, but it doesnt mean they re not nice right? first impression is important, but it we couldnt see their personality just by 1 day.

Family Six (SP):
Consist of the parent, their 2 children. adult (27 and 24) male and female, and his son's fiancee. a thailand residence, who is totally nice and pretty. i also love this family. the  parent re just so amazing and nice, and their children as well.

its quite natural that there re some fright that we have when we have to brought the tour, especially when we first time bring the tour. you scared that it will turn out miserable or they just dont like you etc.
but yeah, i can be relieved that it turn out smoothly.
i mean, when i greet the guests there, then we be acquainted each other, then 'the airport handling' really helpful. they help me as they can.

i briefed them things that i supposed to tell, then after that i told them to meet up at the boarding gate a half hour before we enter the plane. so, all works. :)
i sit alone at the plane, which nice and great because it would be incovenience if we have to sit with the guests.

Soon after we arrived, i walked first and wait them outside, after that i accompany them to the immigration. Previously, i permit them went to the toilet first.
FYI, beside shopping..toilet is one of the most important thing for indonesian. they will seek toilet everywhere we go, so i as a tour leader must know where's the toilet is. :P

well, the immigration queue was so long, buat later after that i wait outside the immigration to tell them wheres the conveyor belt etc. but, because not all of my guests weren't came out at the same exit, so there some family that i missed to tell where the conveyor belt is, but i thought yeah it would be fine. because they can check by themshelves.
then, after ifound them i told them to meet up at exit B, but again there re some family re went outside already before i told them where the meeting point is.
when i go outside with my guests, well.. its huge, there re exit A and B, and its hard to find my guests.

its quite long to find them actually. but 20 minutes later i akready wait at the exit B with my local guide's assistant name Bruce. his english is great, no wonder. he lived in usa for more than 10 years. lols.
well, there re some families who complain because took time so long for waiting.
well, i tried to call PT fam. every families gathered already, except them. i called them many times, but theres no respond. i start anxious and i told the other families to wait and i going round by myself to seek them. soon after that, there is one of my guest called me that they hv been waiting at the other side, and there is another problem. that family lost one of their baggage. Mr P dunno what to do, he said his english not very good, and he cant speak chinese, he already told the Lost and Found staff but they didnt allow him to come in and see the baggage. well, i have to make decision. because i looked some families re murmuring and moaning. so i ask bruce to ask my guests to the hotel and help them to check in. there will be willy (the local guide) who will help them to divide the room for them etc. and i will be here help Mr P found his baggage.
i went to the 6th floor and i realize that im lucky that i studied chinese already. so i talked to him and i said that i must found the baggage as soon as possible, because we're travel group and im the tour leader. i couldnt took long time and let them waiting me at the hotel. he asked me wait for 1 hour at the maximum, but i insist i cant took that long. so after 10 minutes of conversation, they asked his coworker to help my guest enter to the baggaga claim, and soon after that he found out and he really thankful for that. im glad that i could helped him :)

we used the taxi to go to the hotel. our hotel at Hongkong is L'Nina hotel.
its really big, consist thousand of room and its one of the biggest and newest hotel in hongkong.
i agreed that the taxi argo in hongkong is quite expensive. we spent 250 HKD from airport to the hotel. i and Mr P re having quite great conversation. we talked about travelling most of the time, he said the taxi argo at Johannes's burg was ridiculous. they spent like almost 1 million idr for that, we also talked about hongkong etc. he already went here for several times. i wonder why he like to visit hongkong many times.

after we arrived, i get amused with the hotel. the parking is so huge, and also the lobby as well. the lobby is fancy, huge and nice, but too much people.
after i come in, my guests still waiting at the lobby. so i seek mr willy to help him divide the rooming list etc. 10 minutes later we done and i tell my guests for tomorrow, the morning call, the breakfast time, when we have to depart from the hotel. the LS family told me that they dont want join the tour for daytwo and because of that, they also dont want to give me any tip. actually, company will not allow something like that. client have to pay the tip no matter if they didnt join the tour. but i didnt care of the tipping, im tired and i dont want to have the debate because of the money, so i just said okay for that.

then, after that i went to the room..the room was amazing, i love this room. the LCD, the view. theres no window, it just glass. and the view is so wonderful, i can look the harbour and boat everywhere, also the lights and buildings, its romantic too. i hope that i could enjoy the view with my ivantius. i wish he were here.
and the bathroom is also nice. :) so, after i put my belongings, i meet up with mr willy. he's totally nice, he gave me the MTR direction etc, and he treat me as well at citywalk. today is so freezing, and its really great that i can stand it. i just wear jacket, but it doesnt enough its too cold, moreover its rain and windy. whoaaaa..
i met  the S Fam, who is the nicest fam among all. she insist me to had diner together, even i told them i had already.so i just accompany them. i also bought the simcard too. i was so excited that i could contact Iv. miss him.

well, soon after that we back to the hotel. :)
