Seoul and Jeju Journey

DAY ONE (27 JAN 2012)
We’re going to seoul by air china. We depart on 09.00 from Beijing, and we arrived on 11.15 am at incheon airport, seoul. Actually, the flight only take one hour some. But because korea is 1 hour faster than Beijing, so we arrived at 11.15 am korea time. Because we’re fly to korea, so the stewardess re Korean, and most of the passengers re also Korean. Even the stewardess think that we’re Korean. Lols. They gave us nice service then for the breakfast we can choose whether its Chinese style(porridge, dumpling and manthou) or western(omellete, croizant, and potatoes) we pick the second. Chinese is kinda boring for us. Haha. Then, after we arrived we re so stunned by the incheon airport. The airport maybe as big as beijing’s. but the design is so sophisticated and cool. We could see the traditional lamp sculpture which is so pretty, and there re also ice skate ring there! Imagine that there’re skating ring in the airport. After we took our baggage, we buy the airport single ticket, subway for 8.000 won for both of us at the tickets machine. They’re so helpful, and provide many languages, its easy to used so u don’t have to worry about it. ;) but then we met Korean ppl who asked about china. The couple  both re friendly and nice, they really help us by give us the direction to name island, and they told us to buy the T-money ticket(refill subway ticket) at the convenience store. So, we go there, and the cost is 2500 each and you can refill it as much as you want  in the vending manchine. There re 1000, 5000, 10.000, 20.000 or 50.000. we’re refill for 20.000 won. Anyway, the 2.500 won is for the deposit. So by the time you give back the card then you will get the deposit back. J there are convenience store everywhere, so you don’t have to worry. There are 7eleven, GS25, Family Mart, Mini stop, Lotte Mart, Lotte super, Lotte market, then some others. We’re know that if we don’t have phone number, its kinda hard to contacts peoples here. So we’re planned to buy one, because our china numb was inactive there. But when we asked to the seller, they said that we can’t just buy the simcard, because the simcard will not fit to our phone, except Korean made’s. so we must buy the phone(including the number), or rent it, but the price was so freaking expensive. So we decide to just use the public phone. Anyway, K Tiket is so useful. You can use it not only for public transportation, you also can used it for taxi, and pay something in supermarket, even used for public transportation. That’s cool! ;)
Today we’re planned to visit name island, petite france, sorak mountain and Coex mall. So, we must be hurry. We catched the subway to our guesthouse at Hongik University (hongdae) on line 2. It took 1 and a half hours from there. Its quite far. But then when we arrived, we get lost, and didn’t found the address. We asked some ppl on the street. Some of them can speak English, but some of them can’t. so it’s a kinda depressing. We seek and seek, my friend yessy was so exhausted. She bought many water bottle, and they’re so heavy. And we must walk walk and walk, even its cold at that time and the road wasn’t straight, its like uphill and bumpy. So it’s a bit hard. After quite long, finally there re some Korean student who help us to find the address. But when we arrived, in fact we have the wrong address. So, its kinda stressful. But luckily, they have internet there, so we used it, and the guesthouse’s reply us just in a few minutes. We’re so glad. So, we met up at in front of the univ’s main gate which so far with our point. So, we’re walk again, then finally we arrived at the main gate(fiuhhh) and met him there. He immediately recognize me, maybe its because we’re the only one who bring the backpack and hand carry in campus area. Anyway, Korean ppls were not like Chinese ppl. When they heard us talking different language with theirs, they will not asking. They wouldn’t mind and theres no curiousity. But in china, ppl will always starring at us and asking where we’re from in chinse language. Its kinda funny that they ask to the stranger with their language, even they know that the foreigners can’t speak Chinese. Lols. It did happened many times with the American, Canadians, and other western ppl.
Jaehun pick us by car, and drive us to the guesthouse which completely different way from the address(dorm) where we’re from. Lols. Its on the opposite. It needs 10 minutes to arrived at the guesthouse by car, because he need to make u-turn etc. but he said we need 15 or 20 minutes to the downtown(the hongik univ are exit 9). I and yessy fall in love with the hongdae area, aka hongik univ area. This places is so life!! There are many stores, street foods, restaurants, cafes, and others. There re many students here, they’re so pretty and fashionable. The stores re everywhere. Its like a never ending stores here. Lols. So, because we’re arrive so late, and theres no time to visit nami island and friends, so we change our itinerary. So, after we put our belongings at the guesthouse. (we love the guesthouse! Its so clean, tidy and really comfortable to stay there!) they even provide breakfast. Lols. After that, he gave us the map, so we can know the direction.
The guesthouse’s name is ANNYONG anyway. ;)
So, today is our day to exploring the cafeé’s on hongik area. There are so many Korean clothes store. The Korean fashion is the same with my style. And perhaps why I like korea, its because the Korean style of design, architecture, fashion, even books, and many things re really the same with me. I love classic things, cute things, ribbon and lace. And Korean have all these things. But unfortunately its so expensive in korea, so I don’t think that I want buy dress there. The price is among 10.000-til 25.000 for the ordinary one. 5000 for the t-shirt, and 45000 above for the dress and coat.
And there re also bunch of stores, you need many days to explore them all to be honest. :P
You can see the Korean store everywhere, even not just in the mall, but also on the street, and in the subway station. Like etude (my fav), the face shop, skin food, the body shop, missha, nature republic, tony molly, and  also there re Watson, many of Korean convenience store. Then, there re Korean snack street(so interesting and mouth watering), I really want to try them all. Lols. We tried so many Korean food snacks, like sticks. Its much bigger than in china. But the price is also much expensive. Like 1 stick in china is 100 won, but here is 500 won, 1500 won or 2000 won. We also could drink the soup in the glass. Yummy! We also tried the chicken curry with the sauce and mustard. Love it!
Anyway, not just cosmetics store that you can see in hongdae, but also place to eat, like taco belly, subway, auntie anne’s, Korean restaurants, Italian restaurants, American restaurants, and bakeries. There re many accecories seller. If you go to korea, you will see that you can see Paris Baguette almost every 500 m. lols. And there alo tour le jours etc. but the homemade bakery is more expensive, from 3000 to 7000 won. But the funniest thing is paris baguette is the cheapest bakery among all, in china paris baguette is considered is one of the expensive bakery. Lols.
Anyway, another thing why I love korea is because many oftheir food consist cheese. I am cheeseholic, so I really happy here. Its not hard to find cheese here, and the ppl here mostly re nice, friendly and helpful. They don’t like yelling or annoying like some ppl in china did.
We visits many cafes, like there re motorcycle cafes, furniture cafes, 40’s common cafes, and other themes cafes. Many many of them. I can’t remember them all. But I visit the famous cafes there, like Charlie Brown Café and Hello kitty Cafe. Love it!!! I love hallo kitty, so I spent longer time there. Its so cute! Its all made by hellokitty shape, the walls, sofas, chairs, the design, everything. Een the foods! ;)
Hello kitty cafe is behind the bar, which near Watson, so u must look carefully. You must ask the ppl there when u re in hongdae area. J
After that, we back to guesthouse. ^^

DAY TWO (28 JAN 2012)
We’re arrange the schedule yesterday night. We really don’t have enough sleep. Yesterday after exhausting day seeking the guesthouse we’re too excited go around hongdae and get home so late, after we still prepare things for tomorrow, open the computer to check the money (which not coming yet) and still open the sims on facebook. lols. Then, today we’re going to the palaces. First, we’re going to the Korean House and Namsangol Hanok Village. Its really near. You just have to go by subway line 3 or 4, at Chungmuro station. Exit 3. The place re so near from the subway, but although namsangol hanok village and Korean house are near, but it hv different way. So, don’t forget to check out the map first inside the subway station, just to make sure. Or you can take the maps, brochures that you need in information center, they re easy to find. You can ask or take the brochures as many as you want. Its really useful! Even theres a seoul attraction book. J
At Korean house, I can say that its almost nobody there, which is so great(because we can look the things more clearly. It’s a kinda weird that’s almost nobody here, not like in china where you can always thousand ppl around you and its kinda difficult to take pict without ppl inside it. Okay, like any other Korean design, I like the Korean house design. The museum is simple and comfortable. In here, you can also see the traditional architecture, inside there’s theater. And in co-incidence, we see the traditional wedding there. Its kinda mix between traditional and modern. Its kinda interesting, the bride wear the white hanbok. And the design of the hall was great! After we finished with the Korean house, we’re going directly to Namsangul Hanok Village. It just spent 5 minute walk from Korean house. Namsangul Hanok village is so big. You can take the brochure or see the map near the main gate. There are many traditional games that you can try there. J we’re a bit hungry, so we take some snack from my magic bag! :D we’re eating some and drink milk that we brought from Beijing. :P there re so many traditional house which inside there re many rooms, like bedroom, living room, etc. we just can see from the outside, but we can take a look and having picts. Its so interesting that the rooms so small, its like for kids. There re quite many of rooms, so we get round to look. And after that we saw the timeline. I love the view of Namsangol. We took picts a lot there. You can see the small river there, with the rocks. Its become ice when we were come. But it looks gorgeous, so we took picts and  we found that you can wear hanbok here, there re 3 packages, the price was variety, from 10.000 won to 30.000 won. And its open til 16.00. you must book first anyway. J
Its already 13.00, so we directly go to the Gyeongbokgung Palace. It’s the biggest palace in Korea. It was built I 1935 by Lee Seong Gye, founder of Joseon Dynasty. The palace was destroyed by fire during the Japanese ivasions of 1592, and wasn’t reconstructed until 1868, the 5th year of King Gojong. During the Japanese occupation, most of the palace was torn down; only a few buildings including Gyeonghoeru Pavilion and heunjeongjeon Hall were left standing. An effort of fully restore Gyeongbokgung to its former glory has been ongoing since 1990. The colonial government-general building was removed, making way for the full restoration of heungryemun Gate tio ots original state. The royal quarters and the east residence for the crown prince were also restores to the original state. The first phase of the gyeongbokgung restoration project is scheduled to be completed by 2010. J
It just take 5 minute walk from exit 5, on subway line 3. You can book the tour anyway, they provide English, Chinese and Japanese. When we arrived, we saw the museum and the unique foodcourt. It was really great, the design is so fabulous!! Love it! :D after that, we directly to take a look the palace. The yard is huge, and the palace itself is remind me to the tian an men or summer palace, its almost the same, moreover the design in general and the gate is quite the same. We get in and look some interesting rooms for the king, queen and their children. You can also see there are 12 animals (shio) on the round of the main room. Actually if you know the story of this palace and the room itself, it really interesting. But if you just take picts, maybe its kinda boring. And I felt if we can see the furnitures inside it, it will be more interesting, right? ;)
I and yessy don’t have Korean number, and our Chinese numb wasn’t inactive there. So, make sure that you and your friend didn’t get SEPARATE!! Im serous! When I and yessy getting separate for a moment, im kinda worry. Because we don’t have any ctc numb to contact. I have other suggestion. If you going to somewhere, especially the big one. Just make sure to make the meeting point and the time, it just in in case if you guys re separated. J
Because the palace is so huge, we didn’t have enough time to visit changdeokgung palace, so we’re going to Dongdaemun Market.its quite famous there. We’re going and look a kind of traditional market there, but like you know things in korea is expensive. The price of street food is variety from 500 won to 2000 won. But mostly are 1500 won. But trust me, they all are delicious!!!! I love it! We re kinda hungry there, so we buy and try some traditional snacks. Later, I will tell you the name of the snacks. ;) and I made mistake by trying super spicy tofu something, it made my lips swollen and hurt. Lols. I didn’t like spicy actually, and we found Indonesian girl there. Lols, she is the first Indonesian that we met in seoul. We’re getting around dongdaemun and we go to the tourist information center and ask direction to the seoul tower etc. so after that, we’re going to one of the famous mall in dongdaemun. There re many malls in dongdaemun, but we choose the one which most interesting among all. Ducca mall. When we come inside, its remind us at ganjiakou, the mall in Beijing that near our school. Its really different with Indonesian mall. Every floor have their own products. And we saw many clothes-type there. Classy and sweet! ^^ but pitily, its so expensive, the price around 30.000-something. Huhu.. so, we just take look and getting around at the random floor where there re international snacks, cafes, accecories and make up. The accecories re so pretty, but the only thing that catch up my eyes is the headband ‘bando’ with the ribbon and net. But again, it so expensive. So, useless to look it. It just make me sad because I cant buy the ‘bando’ that I really want from long tima ago. If the price is expensive but still affordable and make sense, okay..i will buy it. The problem is the price is too much above my expectation. L
If you girls, heard that cosmetics in korea are so cheap than in Indonesia or any other country, that’s definitely true. So, you can buy any cosmetic brand that you like here. ;)
We also the garden at the top of the mall and we found pasata restaurant and also RED MANGO(frozen yoghurt) I really love frozen yoghurt, but the price of red mango in here is twice or triple more expensive than in my country, so perhaps I will buy it later at Indonesia after I back. Huff.,
Its already 18.15, so we will going to the seoul tower..at in front of the mall, we found many interesting street food again. Lols. They look so interesting, mostly are made from chicken and the sauce is just like topokki’s. we tried and we also found many fish cake. So, its not just fish ice cream by binggrae, but also theres is cake and any other food which have the fish shape.  Then, we took the subway again to chongmuro station, we get off on exit2 than take bus ‘5002’ (in front of the exit). 5 minutes interval. Seoul tower is quite far from the station. We’re falling sleep in the bus. Haha. When we arrived, we’re so amused with the view. It was so amazing! The view from the top is so spectacular!!! xD we could see rainbow shimmering lamps. We must going uphill from the bus station to the seoul tower. It takes 10 minutes. I a bit disappointed, because my pocket cam don’t have any battery, its empty. So, I can’t enshrine and captures the spectacular view there. >.< anyway, when we re getting to the seoul tower, I do love the design and architecture. Again. I think I keep talking abiut this all the time. :P simply, I love mostly Korean design. I think the Korean style and taste is amost the same like me. There re 2 big teddy bears there, which indicate there is teddy bear museum there. We don’t go there because will visit in jeju. And there re 3 beautiful Christmas tree, and when you getting closer you can see they re made by cards. Like llover letter or something. Korean ppl love something kind that. And there re ice cream shop, souvenirs shops, supermarket, and restaurants. there re some restaurants at first floor and there re another on the middle and top. There is one restaurant which so romantic and prodigious. Its all made by glass, and the chairs re made for two and it face the view. Uoohh, so romantic! And I and yessy found it so funny that we ‘re the only ( 2girls) in that room. They all are couple. Haha.
Yessy was bought some souvenirs, and I bought nachos from the supermarket. I already tried half of the snacks in korea in 2 days. Lols. I know it’s a bit surprising, but I really love snack and I always curious about how them taste. :P
After we look around and enjoy the view, finally we’re decide to going around again at hongdae., because there re many things that we want to try there. Lols. Anyway, there are observatory, teddy bear museum(like I told before) and the hancook package(that include lunch or dinner) in seoul tower. I will describe the price later. ;)
So, after we get there..it always crowded..even its 22.00 already. That’s why we love hongdae area. ^^ we look around, yessy went to the tonny molly and we bought some Korean street food again. Haha. Its kinda a big stick that theres a big sausage inside, covered with the bread and theres fried cube potatoes on the surface, it was so yummy!!!! And for dinner, late dinner I revised..we ate taco belly. We ate nachos cheese (we re often ordering something with cheese) and tacos.nice! :D
We also go to Watson and found many cheap things there that we cant found in china, and we bought some. I, again bought some snack. Lols. Watson always give the best deal for their product, so I never hesitate to buy it in Watson. I bought mini pretzel with many variation of taste, like honey mustard and garlic, cheddar cheese, onion, and some other.
After 00.00, finally were getting home. Haha. We’re kinda like Cinderella. :p we must preapare things for tomorrow. We will going to jeju tomorrow morning by thai airway at Gimpo airport and we will put our handcarry at the guesthouse and we will take it back when we re back. Because if we bring with us all the things, it just make troublesome.

DAY THREE
Actually we’re not doing much today. we just prepare our bag and keep at jaehun’s guesthouse, after that we just brought our backpack. That’s all. And from hongik univ to gimpo airport isn’t far. Thanx God! :D so we still hv much time to prepare etc. at the gimpo airport, we check in at thai airways. It’s a bit weird that we can ask the ticket etc and check in without problem, we’re not paying anything yet. Hwhw. Then after 1 hour, we arrived at jeju airport. Then, theres mr kim waiting there, bringing a big paper with my full name on it. I feel really like a tourist now. :P Could Mr Kim speak English? Yeah..he could, but not much. He could say greeting and other simple basic. But most of things, he couldn’t understand. But yeah, that’s fine. At least he can pick us on time and moreover, the car was so comfort and fancy! He drove us to the robero hotel. The hotel is a bit old, but the design is classic and sweet. I like this hotel anyway, even the smell of the room wasn’t that nice. It smell like old room. The room is so big, and the bed were so big. And even they provide other Korean bad inside the cupboard. Like 2, and other blanket and pillow. All re Korean traditional. The room was so hot, I and yessy even open the window. This hotel is so funny. They provide us much tissue and lotion, but they didn’t provide us teethbrush, shampoo, soap and any other amenities like other common hotel. Ups, actually they provide them, but that’s not free. You must pay for it. Like 3000 won something. So, don’t forget to bring the toothbrush etc when you’re going to hotel in jeju. Just in case, you know? ;) actually, we want to visit mini mini land, sex museum (yessy really curious about it) and miniature themepark. But when we ask the recepsionist, she said theres no public bus to that destination, we must take taxi or  book the tour around the east coast. When we ask the price, its really surprising. The price is 140.000 won/person. Well, its outside the budget, so we decide to just take a walk around there, and go to downtown and visit dongmun market. When we’re going around, we found church. Again! ;) the church is so tall and magnificent, so we decide to went there. Take pictures, going inside and take a look. The inside is also incredible. We prayed then we continue our voyage. :P we’re going to downtown and we see the dongmun market. We look around and dongmun market is so massive! Like a gigantic market I ever seen! Lols. Its traditional market where you can buy anything here. From vegetables, fruits, clothes, street foods, and even souvenirs. And also, seafood. Jeju’s most famous dish re their seafood. So you can see many kind of seafood, and many of them were uncommon. Yessy and I stop by at some shops, and we bought some chocolates. The chocolates price is 10.000 won for 4 big bx of chocolate. One box= 22 pieces,m or you can but the small one. 4000won for 5 small box. The taste re green tea, mandarin orange, hallabong orange(their famoust orange), strawberry, raspberry and cactus. We can taste it. They gave us the tester. And we also bought souvenir. The key hanger. As you can see in jeju, we can found many of statue of person with the big eyes, and bulging. It was so funny actually. You can see anywhere, though. They called ‘grandfather’. It’s a bit weird. Oh, the orice was 2000won for 3 pieces. And teher re many Korean seafood traditional dishes, its like seafood or vegetables and mixed with the Korean sauce. They hv many kind of that, and the funny thing was we taste all of them. Some of them taste too strong. Like too salty or too sweet, and we also bought some snack. Like ginger cinnamon crisp, and seaweed crepes. I bought them, I like the seaweed most. The orange was so expensive, its like 5000won for 5 of them or 10.000 with the different type of orange. I will buy it in china, I guess. :P
After we getting around, we found many types of street food. Some of them we tried already. Like kind of tempura,  but with many types. Like mushroom, and even theres one which many thing inside it like 2 kinds of meat, carrot and 1 other thing. We tried it, because in hongdae was so expensive. Its like 20.000 won for 1 bowl. Hew..
In here is 5.000 for one bowl. In jeju everything is cheaper. We also bought toppoki package, which inside theres teopokki, fishcakes and egg. The price is 3000 won, but the bowl was so big, and yummy, and they provide water and kimchi, so it really worth it, the teopokki in hongdae is 2500 won, but the bowl is smaller, and they don’t give us fishcakes and kimchi. I really love teopokki and now I missed them already. Huaaa.. there we found many of kids who have curly hair, at first we re wondering why they have curly hair, whereas their parent have straight hair. But finally we undertand, thet the kids in korea is really common to get curly. It’s a kinda trend in korea. Haha. We really enjoy the teopokki, then finally we take a walk in downtown. There re paris baguette again, everywhere. Just like in seoul. You can see at every 500 meter and with the different design or style. Lols. Yessy is really like to look a kind of lotion and any other body or skin treatment, and make up. So we’re going to arritatum or a kind of, then she bought like powder or something, and she said the brand is so famous, but I never herad about the brand. I believe that the brand is famous, but im not cosmetic fans, so didn’t know much about that. Lols. Then we look to the stationery shop. We saw many cute things, from books, letters, bags, umbrella, box etc. Im a sort of a stationery fans, and moreover I collect the letter envelope thing, so I bought 2. And yessy also bought pen or something, then we met 7 eleven, we bought 2 kinds of snack. And yeah, 7 eleven is cheaper than Family Mart. And Family Mart is cheaper than GS 25. We also found the cheaper market. Lols. We bought some bread in paris baguette. Paris baguette in here is so cheap, and it’s the cheapest bakery among other bakeries in korea. And there re many types of cheese pie or bread, so we bought some and I also bought the mammoth bread. It was so big,. Haha. And its not expensive. After taking 10 minutes walk, we found other bakery, looks like homemade. Homemade is always expensive in korea, and we’re kinda surprised that the breads here is almost the same with the paris baguette’s. all of the bread, but not exactly the same. The different is the breads here was less interesting, look pale etc, and its more expensive. Its kinda strange theres bakery who faking famous bakery and they give the expensive price. Lols.
And on the way home, we look Korean market. And again, its cheaper than any other market. In korea, every snack already have the fix price on the back of the cover. But sometimes if theres no price there, the market could sell with the higher price, but in this market they give us like discount. Its kinda funny and we’re so happy bout that, so we bought some, I bought for my parents and myself, and we also bought ice cream. Yessy bought choco triangle peanut ice cream and mine was caramel. They were delicious. The price of mine was 500 won. Whoa, so cheap. And the fish ice cream here was only 750 won. In fact, in other market they sell for 1500 won. Imagine! Even the price is just the same like in Indonesia. Whoaaa!
Then after we got home, yessy said that she lost her shopping bag, but its too late for looking the shops that we’re visited before, so we decided we will seek it later tomorrow after finishing our tour.

DAY THREE
This day our schedule quite tight. 8.00 am we’re going to have breakfast on 2nd floor. The breakfast is simple, but the taste was really good. It like mix between American and Korean. I ate toast with butter, omelette,  and for the Korean item, I took porridge, fish(it’s the first time I ate fish for breakfast, lols) and we also took sausage, kimchi( a bit strange when you eat at breakfast), guotie(a kind of dumpling, but it fried. It taste so good) etc. after we ate the breakfast, we met the taxi English driver at the lobby. Our first destination was the Head Dragon Rock or Yongduam Rock. Actually Jeju is warmer than Seoul, much warmer. But because we’re going to the beach, seaside and cliff..so the wind was so strong. It was kinda mess up, because restrain the wind, my expression wasn’t good, its kinda grin, or simper you can call. I love the view to be honest, but I really hate my expression. They all re terrified. Huaaa… yessy is my opposite. Fist, she’s photogenic which im not, and even it was so freezing because of the wind, she could still keep her expression. She still looks pretty and fresh. I wish I could be like that. Haha.. the yongduam rock was really cool. You can see the rocks and the big waves. We found many Chinese tourists there. Not far from there, we’re visiting Sunrise Peak. The view of Sunrise Peak is fabulous. But first you must climb first for half hours, then you can take pictures from the top. When we arrived t the top, we can see all the view. So amazing. Beach, cities, mountain, everything! We took pictures so many then we nack to the car. We have lunch at the jeju local restaurant, but when we look the menu we’re surprised by the price. It cost from 6000(just one and the cheapest) and other re 10.000-25.000 won. It so much! So we decide we just took the 15.000won and the 6.000 won. We ate the big fish and akind of scallop. They re delicious, and the fish is so yummy!! We also got the appetizer. There re kimchi, seaweed, tiny fishes, etc. we ate til so full, we don’t waste our food, its not only because its expensive, but it also not good to waste food. And after that, we’re going to Sepjicozi. its quite far from sunrise peak. It takes 1 hour from there. Sepjicozi was really awesome too! If you’re the All in love’s fans, you will be so excited like yessy. Even I who didn’t watch the drama, but I really like the scenery. The beach is so pretty, and we can see cliff everywhere. There are cliff, blue sky, very blue sea, it was perfect scenery! And there also meadow across that. For the movie scene, there are the house nd church where Song He Kyo and the actor act there. It was good. And I really love the scenery! And there’s also horses. Lols. But if you want to come in to the house, you must pay for that. Then, we’re going to the Chenjiyeon Falls. We’re expecting that we will going far and climbing, but we’re wrong. It so near from the main gate. We saw the ducks, and we also look the pretty river, and not far from there, we found the waterfall. We took pictures there. It was really great view, and even you can wearing hanbok while posed. ;)
Then, we back to the car and we’re going to our next destination. Jusangjelli. Jusangjelli is a kind of rock and cliff. But with the different type of cliff and angle. And it also beautiful. This time we met Japanese tourists.  We took pictures and we’re going to teddy bear museum. Yay!!!! :D I remember that I was so excited! ^^
After we’re arriving at teddy bear museum, we’re really not disappointed visit this museum. Ther re many kind of bears, many types, with the different kind, and some of them can move. How awesome is that! You can see actress bears, like Marilyn Monroe and lady Diana whith their costume, for sure. And bear models, with their cute dress, goong bear, pooh bear, bears in the theme park, many many of them. I cant describe one by one, but ijust can say this place is awesome!!! And they also sell their products downstair, and when you see the outside there also more bear there. We, for sure took pictures there. A lot. Lols. We took soooo many pictures here. xD
I love the bears, they re so fabulous, and theres is 3D bear too. Cool!
Across this museum, you can see other museum. They re unique, but its pity we cant visit the museum. L
Teddy bear museum is our last destination, so we’re going back to the hotel. We put our bagm, and decide to seek yessy’s shopping bag. We tried to the most possibly place, our last plave that we visited yesterday, the Korean market. And yeah, we found it. The girl there directy give us the shopping bag before we’re asking. How nice she is! So, I bought some snack as my thanks.
We’re back to the hotel and renew our itinerary there. We ate our noodle that we brought from china, and ate our mammoth bread. :P
Yessy checked her bank account but the money isn’t there, so we ask our friend who work at travel agency in china to help us contact the agent who want give back our money. We really hope that he can help us. Because we tried her(the travel ppl) but its failed. Her email isn’t active, it really stressful. Huhuhu. The thing that we can do is ask for the help, and pray. J

DAY FOUR
Today  we back from jeju on 10.00 pm, we had breakfast on 08.00 and on 08.30 we go to the airport, but we’re go to early. Lols. They said that our flight is on 11.15 am. And we arrived on 09.00 am, so we still have much time to sleep. Haha. I think it’s a good Idea to take rest while waiting. We finally boarding, then we arrived on 12.00, its so fast! We took our baggage, and we directly go to annyong guesthouse, the station isn’t really far. Then, we manage out things, give our souvenir toJaehun’s brother. We gave him sancha from china, and indomie goreng”noodle” from Indonesia. J I think they would like it, but they maybe don’t like the portion. :P
I borrowed jaehun bro’s phone, because I need to contact my host (dong ik Oppa). I told him that I will be there on 50 minutes, then we’re going to the subway station. From the annyong guesthouse to the station not really closed, moreover yessy brought many things, so it takes longer to achieve the station. Actually the course from Hongik Univ station to Bang Bae station isn’t that far, but we take quite long when we’re walk. But finally we arrived there, but we cant found anyone, so we use the public telephone there, and dong ik pick up the phone and turn out, he just at our back.lols. so funny! Yeah, we so lucky that we can found him, and luckily he still waiting for 15 minutes. I really felt bad because he wait for us. Then we’re going to his apartment, not really far if compared with the annyomg guesthouse. While we’re walk, theres snow. And its heavy snow. It looks awesome, and its warmer. We really excited and decide that we will take the pictures later. ^^
Dong ik’s apartment is nice and cozy. Perhaps its not as tidy as the guesthouse, but its really comfort and cozy. I really understand, because he’s a guy. Haha.
We invite him to join with us to myeongdong and he aggred, so we together going to myeongdong. He suggest that we can took the bus, so we took the bus. Actually the bus is also convience, and we don’t walk so far to the exit or inside the subway, but the problem is inside the bus, the information re in Korean, so it’s a bit complicate, I guess. At myeongdong, we’re first going to the Kimchi culture institute to teake pict with hanbok, but when we get there, the ppl there said today’s book was full, and we have to come back again later. In the morning she suggest, and we cant book from today for tomorrow, we must book at the same day, so we will re-schedule later. We a bit disappointed, when we’re going to the gyeongbokgung palace we didn’t found the wear hanbok thing ( its free) anyway, in myeongdong.( M Plaza, 5th floor) is also free! Hehe..
There also packages there if u interest, like handycraft and kimchi making, but u must pay for 30.000 won. Then, we’re going to the namsan park. The snow still falls, and its kinda slippery, because the road is uphill. We’re walk, talk and we really enjoy it, we took pictures while walk walk and walk. The view was pretty!!! Actually theres namsan mountain, and u can take cable car to there. But we decide go to namsan park is enough, because its quite dark and we afraid that we cant see anything there. But anyway, after we walk so far, the namsan park was closed. It’s a kinda disappointing, but the view along there was pretty and we took pictures already, so that’s fine. Because we gone so far, so dong ik decide that we just take taxi to the myeongdong area. Its really near from the namsan park. We stop at the namsan Anglican church, the church is high-rise and look glorious! So, we took pictures and we look inside. The inside is also as glorious as the architecture. Wow! :D
It 19.00 already and we felt hungry so we decide to eat Korean food. Dong ik oppa recommend us to eat the famous dish in korea, I think it would be bibimbab or something, but he ask to eat the pork Korean bbq, im not the pork fans actually, but I can say the pork bbq was so delicious!!! We really love it! The portion is quite big, and the appetizer was also yummy! We enjoy the food, we’re talking about many things while eat, and dong ik oppa also gave us so many Korean vocabulary, he’s so kind!!! xD
I learn lots vocab from him! ^0^v he gave me compliment, he said that my accent and my pronunciation is excellent. He said that many foreigners cant speak the way Korean speak. Wow, its really nice to hear that, but my vocab wasn’t that much, so theres still many things to learn I guess..
After having dinner, we walk around, then we stop by at M-plaza. Theres daiso, daiso is the famous mart for the cheap things. Daiso almost sell everything, stationery and anything else. Then, when we looked at the snack area, I found all the snacks is cheaper than in every convenience store, even some re cheaper than in jeju. Lols. All re 1000 won or 2000 won. Whoaaa!!!! Like I told you, we always found the cheaper price. Lols. Its kinda weird. So I bought some, and yessy too. She bought for her family. Its 21.56 already, so we decide to back home. Dong ik stop by at the mart when we arrive home already, bought soju for us to try and when we back home he also cooked us the ramen noodle. It taste quite different that sell in Indonesia and china. Its more tasty and spicy. We like it, and me too even it’s a bit spicy. its really a good night and I really happy that we can enjoy the night together while eating and sharing. It was so nice! I really miss that moment. L

DAY FIVE
We’re going to name island today!!! :D actually, our first plan that, we want to visit seorak mountain, because its famous, and considering mt seorak is the tallest mountain in korea, mt seorak is included in our itinerary for today. but unfortunately when we get to the Gangbyeon station line 2, we cant find intercity bus to sokcho. We look so many bus terminal there, with many destination, but theres no bus no.7 or ‘sokcho’ destination, then after we ask the ppl there, finally we can look the intercity bus “dong seoul bus terminal” and yes, we see to sokcho destination, but there’s no mt seorak stop by, the others re the other mountain, and when we see the price, its really out of budget. Like 15.000-25.000 won, and moreover it will take long time to get there. We must go to nami island petite france, so we decide that we cross the mt seorak. Because ppl said nami island and petite france is really good, and also I guess mt seorak will be the same with other mountain, like mt.titlis in swiss maybe. And almost all ppl who visit korea will visit mt seorak, so we guess its fine if we’ll not go there. So, we’re back to the station, and go directly to visit petite france, Cheongpyeoung Terminal. Actually at first we just using the subway station and it will take quite long because we need to go by bus etc, but we’re so lucky, because this year is ‘visit korea’, so they provide shuttle bus, so we don’t have to worry about transportation. Even they give the route to 5 destination, but the most famous among all are naminara island, petite france and Morningcalm Garden. And the bus will be stop by every 2 hours. We pay 3000 each person. Then we arrived at petite france on 11.35 am. It was so freezing that day. We’re so freezing… but it couldn’t stop us to take pictures. We pay the entrance fee for 8000/person. We really fascinated by the circumstances of the petite france. There re small houses for the guesthouse, and you can see French restaurant, French shops, French market, and theres also museum there. My fav is the music box. I really love it! They have various ancient music box from each era, and the sound is still clear really beautiful. I really love them! But I can’t rec the sounds because my handphone memory wasn’t able, and my pocket cam hv limited memory. L I really want to PERPETUATE the sound of those music boxes!! Huhuhu.. okay, and also in petite france you can hear the French song, its kinda like folk, really nice. It was really nice to been there, I really happy stay here for hours or even stay in here, but its expensive to stay here. I heard so.. I think you guys must be love it!! And because we’re going when its winter, so its really pretty. With the structure of the houses, snow, pretty Christmas tree, and the environment, I bet you will love it! ;) and theres a photo box where u can take pictures with your friend, souvenir shop, anthe theater, and you can also see various of dolls and antique statue, some of the dools re creepy, looks like chucky! Do you know chucky movie? Its so scarry! Watch once is enough for me. And theres is also witch with the hideous face, euu.. but the French porcelain is really gorgeous! And yeah, we also look the old house where inside you can see the living room (sofa, piano etc) and theres also many of pretty porcelain plates hanging on the wall, and theres bedroom and bathroom with the classic furniture, definitely. Honestly I live the classic things , and the classic things there is really beautiful, but the bedroom and bathroom both re creepy, seriously. We also look the costum room, we look the French dresses. So pretty! But we don’t have much time to stay longer, because the bus will be coming on 5 minute, so we hurry going outside. And the bus was late, like always. It was late when we wait to petite france, now the bus was also late. But that’s okay, so we have time to take pictures outside. :D
After 1 hour, finally we’re arrived at in front of the naminara island. We’re not been there yet, we must buy the boat ticket for 8000 won each. The boat will be coming every 10 minutes, and the boat shape is so funny, its like space sheep or something, and there re flags from around the world. Cool! Near the port, theres street food again, and we decide we will taste it later. Hehe..
After 5 minute waiting, we’re all go to the naminara republic! Yay!!! :D
Its unbelievable that we can see the real of name island which I only saw at the Korean drama ‘winter sonata’ past years ago, and I can see the real one! Naminara republic isn’t that big, but nice and sweet. You can see fireplace everywhere. ;) its really useful! Because I feel freezing all the time because of the weather and the wind. And if u see the pict, there re few snowman who warm their hands in front of the fireplace, so cutee!!! xD I want to take them home. Lols.
And yeah, the view was so great, thanx to the snow!! We took lots pf pict and there re flag again from many countries, Indonesia is including. ;)
We saw the road with the trees exactly like in the movie, its so romantic, moreover with the lamp, :P then we also saw the museum, we enter and look arts and musical instrument.
Outside theres many ostrich, they look pretty with long eyelashes. :p we took picture with them. Actuall we took picture with all of thing which interest us. :P hehe.. we also took pict at the bottle bridge, ice sculpture.
Then when its 16.00, finally we’re back to wait the ship, and the ship was there, waiting for us, haha. So, we’re hurry enter the ship. 5 minutes later we arrived at the port, bought the snacks. The fishcake and chicken spicy!! delicious!!!!! Especially the chicken, love it!!! :D
The bus coming 15 minutes later, and we decide to look the morning calm. It takes 1 hour to go there, and itpass through our station. But stupidly, we’re just realize that the bus that we took is the last bus, and we already pass the station. We panicked, because its far and theres no other public transportation beside taxi, and taxi is really expensive there. But in fact,  the bus will be back again to the station.. oohh….thx God, we’re so relieved. J
But after 1 hour, the bust didn’t stop exactly at the station, so we must walk for 7 minutes to the station, I remember that it was so colddddd, frozen I revised.
So we’re so happy when we arrived at the station, and we directly go to COEX mall to look around. COEX isn’t far from the Bangbae station. Its already 21.00 when we arrived there, so we went to the stationery store, look around, yessy bought the passport case, and actually I want to buy the cute note ever, but its too thick and expensive. So, I parenthesize my desire. L
And when we get out from there, almost every store re closed, and the restaurants also closed. Huff.. so we decide to back home and eat the Chinese noodle. Haha..
When we back home, we’re cooked the Chinese noodle for us and Indonesian noddle for dong ik oppa. He’s  really like it, but he still hungry after ate that. Lols. No wonder! So he ate his cereal, and I got too! I really happy that I can ate cereal! I love cereal! xD my fav is coco crunch, but I also like honey star and corn flakes. ;)
We talk a lot that night and I suggest him to add the banana into the cereal, its yummy! I told him that in Indonesia is really common that we eat banana with the cheese, chocolate chip, or liquid milk. He felt so strange heard that, he said that he not the cheese fans, but its kinda weird for me because he pizza mania. And most of pizza content many of cheese right? :P

DAY SIX
Its been 6 days, and it just 3 days left. L I really enjoy seoul..i want to stay here longer… huahua. Today we will going to the everland.. ;) anyway, dong ik oppa told us that yesterday was the coldest winter in korea for 56 years! Wow, that awesome, isn’t it? No wonder we almost dying because of that. They said it was minus 18 degrees celcius. Its almost like harbin I guess. Harbin is minus 15 to 20 degrees in daylight, and minus 30 under at night. But I never feel freezing (I just felt cold in m hands, and face but not other) because I wear 5 piece clothes that including sweater, and moreover I also wear 2 pieces of yurongfu( leather coat)  but here I just wear the same as in Beijing, and I just a put another piece, but still.. its really cold.so today, I and yessy wearing more pieces.. then start our journey to the Everland. When we step out from the apartment, we can feel that the weather just the same like yesterday, its freezing, and when already arrived at the Gangnam Station line 2, we have to walk to the bus terminal and take bus 5002 to there. We’re seeking around base on the map, but didn’t find the direction that Everland brochure tell us (they tell us that the bus terminal is infront of the Krispy Kreme bakery near Giordano) so we decide to find the bus terminal that have 5002, and we found it, it was so freezing, and we think if when we arrived its still cold like this, maybe we just take pict in front of the main gate and change our plan. Lols. After 50 minutes (quite far, and everland isn’t in seoul) we arrived at the everland terminal, and theres the direction but it seem so far and we cant see the main gate, so we ask the ppl at the supermarket. She said we just need to walk uphill for 15 minutes then we will see the main gate, so okay… we tried it. I and yessy brought the snacks from home, and we also bought cheese bread and another pretzel to eat when we hungry. After we walk for 15 minutes (she right) finally we arrived at the main gate. J when we bought the youth ticket, yay!!! :D I begin to saw cute construction from the outside. The worker there wear pretty coat, its like princess coat or something. Its red and fab!
Because its winter, so many attraction re closed, so we decide to look around, take picts and enjoy it.
Everland is really wonderful!!!! The uniform that the workers wear not only red, but also green, orange. Blue. It all different based on where they service. ;)
We also saw the big trees which is so pretty, and there re many stores, there re candy store(I love the marshmallow there and the design really sweet), souvenir store, and they also sell hats, scarf etc. in everland, there re many Burger Cafeé, its like everywhere, so I and yessy thought perhaps the Burger Cafeé is one of the company who take more part in this company. :P the architecture re really unique and there re various restaurants there, like Holland, Persian, oriental, etc, the architecture were also great! But pitily, many of them re closed. Anyway, even its winter, but tehers still many ppl who visit there. A bit weird actually. But not crowded. Then we also tried the human lift(so fun) and theres zoo there, and also pet feeding, theres the Disney village which is amazingly cute, there re attraction for the kids, and also theres stores and restaurants, and I love the structure of the building. Its like we’re inside the Thumbelina world. Or fairy world ypu can say. ;)
And there also many stands, like food stands. We also take the train to getting around the garden which is so beautiful!! You can see the Holland village with the unique building(again) and the Christmas tress inside the garden. The ppl there were so nicee, we love them. It would be different in china. Hmm..
And, we also play some small attraction like merry-go-round, then snow blast or something like that. It was really fun!!!! :D the we also visit the haunted house and the rotate house.  And the most attractive place there is the nutcracker land, there re many ppl wearing the nutcracker and friends costume so we can took pictures with them. ;) it was really nice there!! ^^
Then yeah, we also tried food at the burger cafe, hehe. It taste good, and the cheesestick was yummy!! We ate that with the mustard. It taste so good. And we decide to bought some souvenir before we get home. I bought a cute tiger magnet fir my dad, he gonna be love it! The tiger is so cute, and it stick with its feet. And yessy bought penguin hairclip, which is also cute! There re many lovely things in here. xD
Then, we walk again to the bus terminal, and yessy bought 1 and a half kg pocket of snicker twix and friends. :P we wait for 20 minutes and the bus is coming. Then as our promise with dong ik oppa, when we got home, we tried his favourite pizza store, delivery. He said Mr Pizza, Domino and R Pizza was so yummy, so we taste the R pizza. Actually I wanna try the other onw who provide the package the pizza and the chickens, they looks so yummy and cheap. But dong ik oppa the pizza wasn’t that good, so we tried the R pizza. And he abosultely right!! The pizza was really tasty!!!! It so yummy and the cheese was really good!! The spagethi was also have great taste!! We love it!! The pizza’s bread re made from the wheat. I really wanna taste that again. L
Tomorrow we will move to the other host, so we manage our things and I have a quite long conversation with dong ik oppa. He said that he heard I sang when I bathing yesterday. Omg, how embarrassing is that!!! *blushing*

DAY SEVEN
This morning we ate noodle and cereal for breakfast, and you know what..theres something wrong about the stove, suddenly the oven under the stove was on, and we didn’t realize it til we smell the smoke and when turn out, its from the oven. Wow. We tried to make it off, but we can’t so we turn off all of the stove. Bad. So then  woke dong ik up, and he opened all of the window, and he said that he never open the oven, never using instead . we apologize about that, and he said that’s fine because it just messed up and all of sudden. Instead of mad at us, he even ask me to ate his ice cream, the fish and mochi. I really thanks him, but we really needs to go and we promised to keep contact. So then, we move to our second or last host, his name is Shane, and he’s Canadian. He looks really nice in he pict, and his house is based at Jang Seong BaeGi station line 7 exit 3. Yesterday night I already told him that I will meet him today at 9.00 am. Then we arrived 10 minutes later, but no people there. But suddenly theres Korean old woman who keep pulling me and bring my bag and told me to folloe her, but I doubt it. Because shane’s housemate couldn’t be an old Korean woman. And when I said I still waiting of my friend, she just nod and go. Really strange. So I used the public phone, but its broke, so I borrowed ppl phone in the pet shop. I don’t have any choice, haha. And the guy is really nice, he borrowed me the phone. J
And when I called, shane told me that his housemate would be pick up us immediately. He said that he was going to the exit 3 before on 9.00 am but because theres no one so he back to work. I truly understand about that, he is a professor and he have much thing to do, than waiting for stranger. :P 5 minute later, theres someone who pick us, shane’s housemate, david. He looks so young with the sand blonde and the sky blue eyes, even in fact he’s 39. Lols.
Okay, so we were going to shane’s house, and its closer than dong ik house. Really closed.
We put our things and we talk about many things with david. David really polite and nice. He really love biking, and he told us that he hv been around china, and ppl there, especially kids like to staring at him like statue. Haha. China ppl is always curious with the foreign ppl, whether Korean aren’t. he said that he never heard our language, yeah..maybe because not many Indonesian ppl there, but if he visit Beijing, and my school he will heard Indonesian language most of the time. :p
1 hour later, we’re going to myeong dong again, to take pict with hanbok. ;) and yeah, we don’t have to wait so long, just 30 minutes. So we’re going to the money changer exchange our money because I only have 20.000 won now, haha. And yessy also exchange her money. Then, we back to the M Plaza, take picts with hanbok. I took the red one, and yessy took the blue one, which so pretty. We took pictures there, and because yessy really like the hanbok that I was wearing, so she tried mine and take picts again. Then, we’re back to the myeongdong street, trying some snack again, there. We tried the big chicken spicy which so yummy! And because its 14.15 already, so we’re going to the Changdeokgung Palace. When we arrived its already 15.10. Changdeokgung palace not as big as Gyeongbokgung Palace. The entrance fee is 3000 for adult and 1500 for youth and we paid for the youth, again. ^^
Changdeokgung Palace was constructed in 1405, the fifth year of King Taejong (1400-1418). It was secondary palace of Gyeongbokgung, the main palace. All of the palace buildings were destroyed by fire during the Japanese invasion in 1592. Xhangdeokgung was restored in 1610 and served as the main palace for about 270 years until Gyeongbokgung was finally reconstructed in 1868. Changdeokgung is relatively well-preserved and is representative of Korean palace architecture. The secret Garden of Changdeokgung is one of the most attractive places in Korea. It so true,, the garden is really wonderful. And I think it would be more wonderful if u visit on spring or summer, because in winter, you can’t see the lake. The changdeokgung complex was inscribed on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List in 1997 for its outstanding architecture and a design that is in harmony with the landscape. I hope this short information can give you guys picture of Changdeokgung.
Personally, even its smaller than Gyeongbokgung, but I love this one. You can see the furnitures here, and it become more interesting, but there re some places that we can’t enter, so it’s a bit pity and there also cafe there with the traditional building. Haha, so interesting. We take a rest there, and eat my snacks that I brought. It was really funny that when I was in my univ, my lecture thought that im Korean, and also in Bali, and when I was in china,, Chinese ppl do the same. And in here, the funniest thing the Korean ppl also think that im Korean if I didn’t speak with another language. So, when there re Korean ppl who want us to help them take picts and found that we speak another language, they think that im Japanese. :P
Okay, after we’re finished, we directly go to Bunchok Hanok Village, its quite famous area actually, and its  hard to reach, I admitted. We look the map, searching and searching, and the road is uphill so it’s a bit exhausting, but we keep trying to find it..because of our curiousity, evenmore that I cant stand anymore. Haha. So we take a rest for minutes, take picts in some good spot, visiting art museum which nothing interesting actually. Its so small there, and we also found the interesting house there that you can visit, but you must pay for it. 10.000 won each. That’s crazy! Anyway, did you know that this village was taken part in the Korean drama ‘Personal Taste’? yeah, the girl’s house was in here. And because I also look many tourists (I knew because they all bring the same map that we took from the museum) wanna go there, so it must be splendid, right? So we didn give up and finally we found it! So happy and released. J we took pictures there then we back to the station, because we have to meet my friend, yangjae. In front of the pizza hut, dong ik’s suggestion. But when we back to anguk station, we cant find the pizza hut, we’re looking everywhere but theres nothing. Actually we’re plan to get around in insadong, and dong ik said that the best place to meet in insadong is in front of the pizza hut, at exit 1. So, we tried to call yangjae, but its failed, I tried again and again, and its kinda frustrating, so I called dong ik, and he help me by texting yangjae my message, to meet inside the anguk station between line 1 and 3, because its cold outside. Then after 10 minutes waiting, I tried again to called him and finally he pick up his phone. Thx God! :D 15 minutes later, he arrived and he said that he wait for us since 30 minuted ago in front of the puzza hut and he said, that its not at the anguk station, it based on the other station, which based at behind the anguk station, so no wonder we cant find the pizza hut. I asked him how he know the pizza hut place then? And he answer that its because its common for Korean ppl to meet there in insadong. Haha. Very funny! So no wonder dong ik oppa suggest that place and he really not considering that we’re not Korean and absolutely don’t have any idea that insadong have an alternative station. Lols. So then, yangjae brought us to eat the Korean traditional food at insadong. We ate so much, the kimchi pancake, bibimbab, traditional Korean drink, plum, and the bulgogi. They re all so yummy but the price was surprising! Its 27.000 won for one bowl of bibimbab, I remember that it only cost 6000 in other restaurant. But maybe we eat the fancy restaurant. Then after eat, I ask about the price and wanna pay that, but he decline. He said that we were his guest, so he want to treat us. Moreover, he;s working and we’re student. And after that we’re walking at the insadong, there re many things to see there, but unfortunately because its Friday night so many store re closed. Its really strange. Because usually ppl re crowded on Friday night, u can see the art museum and many unique things here. But we don’t have enough time to go back here. L
And yeah, yangjae show us the famous show for the sugary foods there. The ppl can speak Indonesia which is so cool, and they talked while making the food. It so interesting and funny, we keep laughing when they did that. Haha. Really interesting. ;)
I was the stupid person ever, because I forgot to bring our gift to yangjae, and I think it would be okay because we can meet tomorrow.  But in fact, he said that he can’t meet us because he have something to do. L
After that, yangjae ask us visiting seoul tower and we said that we ever been there before, so he invite us to dongdaemun, its like cheap shopping market, but nit that cheap actually.but he said its really cheap in korea. You can found the price between 10.000-25.000 , and 70.000 above for gown and coat. He said that it will clodes at 5.00 am, I thought that I misheard. But he said that its true! Whoa!! Unbelievable!! You can shopping from midnight to morning! Lols. In Indonesia it closed on 5.00 pm and in china it also the same, some closed on 9.00 pm, but dongdaemun is different. Wow again!
Then after that we back home, the guys re waiting for us. Lols.
So we talked much again, we have many discussion, and they really excited talk about their hometown, and Canada obviously. Canada is a really beautiful country, I really wanna visit there, dunno when. My cousin will be married with her fioncee, and perhaps she will move there. I hope I can visit them later! ;)

DAY EIGHT
Today is our last day, and im so sad that we must leave korea tomorrow morning. L anyway, I forgot to tell you guys that we bought the snacks at the seoul station (the longest transfer that we passed many times) so we avoid that station if we had another alternative. Anyway,, in there you can see the market who sell many snack, like ginger cinnamon crisp, the seaweed crisp(thin circle, big thick triangle and small stick)  which I bought before, and there’re also teopokki crisp, and much more, there are also a kind of package and her dried frish etc. you can buy 3000 won each or 5000 won for two. I and yessy bought the ginger cinnamon, because its unique, and we just found in korea so far. Lols. But yiu also can see these on the street market. Anyway, in here there’s also Lotte Mart which is so big and cheaper. Haha. Like I told u, we always got something cheaper. And in here, even is cheaper than daiso. Like around 900 won. Nice! Lotte is a big company, you can see the lotte mart, lotte super, lotte market, lotte world(theme park), lotte brand for snacks, and many things under lotte brand. It’s the famous brand in korea I guess, just like Samsung. No wonder dong ik oppa want to work there. Anyway the last day we had conversation, he said that being soldier is really sucks, he’s happy that he’s already finish it. Yeah, I think I could understand his feeling. Being soldier is too severe. So it’s a bit strange when I read that some of Korean soldier wanna extend their duty. Maybe because they like kind of it. Perhaps. And yangjae oppa, he’s work at the finance company, and he’s so busy. He can work on weekend, and even he work from 7 am to 11 pm. That’s exhausting! But he said he loves his job so he enjoy it. That’s good then! And today in the morning we eat the peanut and walnut sugary taffy that yongjae bought for us. He so sweet. We ate that, and yessy made milk for us. She brought from china, the milk powder I mean. And yeah, we made appointment with shane to have lunch with us at namdaemun, we wil meet athe station on 01.00 pm. So, today is the shopping day! We already save our money for this. Yay! :D so there re many things to see in namdaemun, because it so big!! And if you wanna by clothes, I suggest you go to Dongdaemun. Its really cool place to buy the clothes, with cheap price(among all) and there’re also malls there. In here, nit much clothes that they sell, and its not really cheap I guess. And especially the accecories. We look at the accecories building and found that vene many cute stuff there, and bling bling or shimmering jewelry accecories, they re so incredibly expensive. I admit that I interest with the balerina’s key hanger (they have many colors, and the rainbow one. They all stunning), but I guess maybe I can found it at tian yi(the market like this in china) I think they sell it too, conseidering that china sell almost everything. Haha. So we decide to bought souvenirs for our relatives. So we came in to the souvenirs shop then we bought magnet Korean traditional, and also bookmark. They’re so cute! There’re many various of hanbok, and also the queen, the princess who play music instrument, and there the explanation on the paper, so interesting. And also there’re many things beside that, like Korean statue, Korean art, paper fan, etc. and I also bought the bears with hanbok(they re cute)  2000 each. And I found the other shop can sell much more expensive than that. And we also bought cute umbrella. I look for the lacy one, but didn’t got it. But I got the sale umbrella, they sell with the cheap price because it’s a bit dirty. And I even still bargain it. :P but I got it, yay! Its white, sweet and theres lacy for the border. ;) I bought for 4000 won, and yessy bought the sweet yellow umbrella for 10.000 won, but its really great! Ita automatic! Ha!
And we also found the hanbok shops everywhere. They sell between 40.000-to 100.000 won depend on the quality. And we look the hanbok for kids, they re so adorable! We really want to have one, and maybe give to my daughter, if I have one day. Haha. But its too long I guess. I can visit here again, next time maybe if I have chance with my new family. ^^
And theres also snack street everywhere, and the dog costume. Haha, they’re so cute, I wish I have dog now. Lols. But I don’t have, my brother have, but its too big. It Siberian husky and theres no cute dress for him. Haha. And my pet is always rabbit. I love rabbit, and my lovely rabbit passed away years ago and I was too heart broken to buy the new one. I just love my one and only rabbit, kaeru. I called ruu. Okay, out of topic. :p
And we also went to the face shop, tony molly etc. there’re really cheap there. Yessy bought liquid pore to make the smaller pore at etude for 35.000 won (500 ml) and I bought my fav lipgloss for 4000 won, and she also bought the eggs package (8000each) at tony molly and at face shop we bought the face cleanser, and she bought something else, I forgot. It just 3000 won each. I bought the peach one. Anyway, I know its sounds ridiculous, but this cleanser is my first cleanser that I ever have!!! Lols. So crazy right?? I never using cleanser before to clean the face. Haha. My mom said that inside of my Victorian appearance, im boyish. Haha. I never used something like lotion or something before, and yeah.. finally I bought it. Usually I jush wash my face with water, that’s all. Sometimes, with the soap. I ever used it 2 or 3 times with the other brand, but I getting lazy, and I never used it anymore, furthermore I have sensitive skin, so it can easily getting red or something, so its better that I don’t use anything. But Korean products always work for me. I used etude, and vov. And they all re good, theres no effect, and so natural I added. J we also bought the Korean headband, I love headband, and luckily we found the cheap pretty headband store, and we bought some,. Its around 4000-15000 won each depend on the material. Yessy is rose fans, so she bought many things that theres rose on it or have rose shape, or anything with the rose. And for me, I love classy thing like lace, ribbon, and with the soft color, like turquoise, rose pink, baby blue, cream, lilac, and other pale colors. So whenever I tried to see dress, bandage or room decoration, or any accecories, I always seek the classic things, that’s why I love Korea, because the design and everything inside this city is sweet classic and simply. I don’t like too much decoration, or something that exaggerating. And also, coz of that may of friends said that I born in a wrong era, because I look like Victorian girl who must live in England or French at 1800ish era. Wow! It cant be right?
And after that we directly go to the station, and when arrived we direct see shane, ooh how on time we are!! Lols. But then he said he didn’t know much about namdaemun area, so we go to the myeong dong area(again) haha, and we ate at the curry restaurant, where yessy bought the cheese medium chicken curry and I bought king size chicken curry, just the same with shane’s. its delicious!!! :D and it cost 7000 won.
After that, we also bought, no. me actually. Haha. I bought the pizza shrimproll for I and yessy, its delicious, and it cost 2000 won. It have 3 tastes, but we choose the pizza one. And I also bought the jumbo potato. It was so amazingly yummy!!! It cost 1500 won each, and its really delicious!! Its cheesy and yummy! Even when shane tried it, he admit that he addicted. Lols. Anyway, have I told u yet that he’s professor and he teach medical science (sounds heavy, huh?) for the master student. Wow, that’s cool you know! Yessy said that it’s a bit strange but also amazing that we friends with the professor. Haha. I never felt like that til she told me, and yeah.. I guess she;s right. Lols.
And after that shane back to his house, and we re still continue or shopping time at namdaemun. And after getting around, finally we back to the station and meet chris(my friend that visit Jakarta before, we also know each other from couchsurfing) and we re going around itaewon. Itaewon is the foreigner area where its completely different here. You can see the foreigner, especially the European, American. And the most fabulous about this place is you can see the foreigner restaurants here. There are greek, Persian, Turkish, Egypt, Italian, French, spain, Mexican, Chinese, Indonesian, thai, Bulgarian, American, and many more. Our plan that we want to try the Bulgarian reataurant name zellen, but when we get there, we changed our mind. The price is 20.000 won something and we don’t that much budget, and it’s the same woth the other restaurant. Chris recommend the greek restaurant that really delicious but also expensive, and even they don’t show the price on the menu, and it’s a bit scarry.  Haha. And chris also recommend the yummy American dinner ever! In frypan! He said that its affordable and it so yummy! They only seved the chicken fried with the fried potatoes for the main course, but it so tasty, so we went there, and he so true! Its so yummy with the GIANT portion! Note that! Haha, its really big and hey give us yummy sauce too, the tha sauce and the mustard sauce. Honey mustard I revised. ;) and we gave chris our gift. We hope he like it, and because he told ud that he will move to hongdae area because he really love that area and he know so well that area, so with our enthusiasm, we asked that he know about the bao bao café(dog cafe) and Gio café(cat), and said yeah, he know it, even he went for several times! Haha, sounds great, huh? ;)
So we went there after we finished our dinner, and because we don’t have much time so we just look around at gio café(because we must choose between this two cafe rite?) its pity that we cant enter, we must order the drink that around 5000 won each, and the place is so small, and even the cats so cute, but cats aren’t friendly, and they don’t like to behug or something, and moreover, I didn’t like cats very much. They’re spoil lazy and a bit scarry I supposed. Chris, at contrary is like cat more than dogs. And yessy, she love dog more than anything. So after look from the outside, we’re going to the bao bao café. We order drink there. We must order drinks there, because they said to avoid tourist that just enter, playing with the dogs take picts than go, and it just annoyed them, because theres no ppl order the drink, its café anyway. Haha. I could understand them, and they didn’t sell foods, because the dogs re everywhere and they can jump to our sofa, pees, and walk on our tables, and obviously can eat our foods, and its not sanitary anyway. So they justprovide the beverage with the cover. Haha, good idea.
The dogs re so lovely! We look many type of dogs, like simonye, sausage dog, lassy, husky, golden retriever and many more, I don’t know much about dogs so I didn’t know their type exactly. We have fun with them, I hug some of them, and we catch them most of time( I and yessy), while chris just sit calmly and the dogs just come to him, and sleep beside him. He don’t have to mobilize his effort, do he? ;) chris said that we can also entrust our dogs here for weeks, and its free. Wow, that’s cool, consider the pet shop is so expensive if we want to put our pet there.
And yeah, after we had fun, and take much pict.. yessy a bit disappointed actually because she cant look the dalmention and the hush puppies(its hard to find I guess) and chris invite us to visit AA cafe. He said the AA Café is the most famous cafe here. The aa cafe is so interesting, the decoration is antique, even the furniture, all of the things inside it. And theres also museum there, but closed already. This café will close at 2.00 am, actually chris ask us go to the bar ans clubbing places, it sound interesting, and he also said that theres gorilla bar, when u pay for the papa gorilla, u also can go the mamma gorilla and baby gorilla. Haha, they sounds cute! And because we’re foreigner so we don’t have to pay for the entrance. Sounds nice. Honestly, I and yessy both didn’t like club so much, especially me. Usually I prefer stay at home, writing my blog/knitting while listening my classic music or maybe read book at the classic cafe whil listening jazz, but im not that old fashion. I wanna see how Korean bar looks like, but unfortunately we don’t have time to go there because we need to catch the subway. So. We ran to the subway, say goodbye to chris, give him another gift, and when we transfer line, we couldn’t make it. So we must go home by taxi for 7000 won, luckily not too expensive. And we walking to shane’s house. We talked much there, shane made popcorn for us, and he gave me his cheese, I love it!!! And david give me the other one, we talk til 2.30 am then they give me hugs, and we decide to prepare our things and sleep. I sleep on 3.00 am, and I dunno about yessy, because we must wake up on 5.00 something. OMG! I hate this! >.<

DAY NINE
So today is our last day. And I feel so sad because I must leave this lovely city. I love being here, so nice and so me. But yeah, there’s hi and theres goodbye, and I must continue our life right? ;)
So we package all of our thing and shane with his greatness, he’s wake just like dong ik (he ask me to wake him up) but even shane is wake me up, haha. I fall asleep so badly, luckily he woke me up. I was so sleepy, I really cant resist my eyes. Lols. And after that I wrote my thankful on a piece of paper and I put on the table. But when yessy tried yo open the door, the alarm was screaming so badly. Omg! We always wake ppl up. Yeah, bad thing but good thing to tell. Haha. and finally shane wake again(sorry shane) and we ready go to airport. Firstly we think that we will go at the same airport(incheon) when we arrived, but when we read again(in Chinese) in fact we’re in gimpo. Luckily, yessy read it again. Because she didn’t sure. Oh, thx God and yessy! And yeah, its good for us anyway. Because Gimpo is closer.. sorry, much closer than Incheon. And we arrived on time, not that early. And..its really far go to the terminal. We just keep walking and walking and we found Lotte mall. Wow, lotte mall inside the airport, how great! And theres lotte theater or something. Yeah, so after that we went to the sevel eleven, give back our card and get our deposit and the money inside. I still have 20.000 won, approximately, and even I didn’t bought something in seven eleven, I found tours le jours, and I bought 2 breads. Pizza bread(not ordinary bread, its like white bread, jewish’s) and sweet corn gummy bread. They both re yummy, and I also bought cookie ice cream cake and yessy bought the blueberry one. They all taste good, but I prefer the cookie ice cream. Yummy! And I also bought sleeping pack at etude, 8000 won. Haha.  If u want to buy Korean cosmetics here, you can get the same price in the city, but don’t ever buy the other, especially the souvenirs. Do you still remember the bear hanbok that I bought before? Its 2000 each, and in here is 40 USD for 4 of them. Lols. Crazy!
Then yeah, finally we’re boarding and ready go to Beijing.
After we arrived, soon after yessy turned on her handphone, nata(our friend who with kindness help us to call the travel agent that keep our money) called, and told us to meet the tor leader before 3 pm near her office, or we can meet at the station. So, we’re directly to the zhicunlu station, and 20 minutes after, she’s coming up. Oohh God, we’re so released. Thanx God that she give back our money. J I dunno what to do, if she escape with our money. I can kill myself! Hewww.. okay, too exaggerating.
